Lee kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genius that is Kick out the Jams by The MC5s. On his way into the cage it seems that Rufus Lee has been attacked by a crazed fan! It looks like it might have been the just bleed guy! Luckily Rufus Lee seems to be OK! I thought that lunatic was in prison!?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Lee thows a body shot but no joy.
A combination from Ballantine does no damage.
Donk. Ballantine catches Lee right on the button with a cross.

It looks like Rufus Lee has been cut.

Lee tries to work over Ballantine's front leg with a kick but Ballantine checks it.
Lee pushing out the jab but it's not landing.
Lee throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Lee takes an uppercut right on the button but keeps his composure.
Ballantine just misses with a punch to the body.
Ballantine slips a jab and a cross from Lee.
Ballantine moves in looking to clinch but Lee pushes him off.
Ballantine fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Lee manages to avoid it.
Lee takes a jab right on the nose. That must have hurt but he shrugs his shoulders and looks to return the favor.

Lee misses with a looping left.
Ballantine throws an overhand right that lands on Lee's shoulder, as Lee tries to avoid the shot.

Ballantine closes the distance and presses his opponent up against the cage.

Lee breaks from the clinch.
Lee swats away the attempt to clinch by Ballantine.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Lee tried to score with a low kick but Ballantine checks it.

Ballantine uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Lee.

Ballantine lands an uppercut, right on the button! Lee tumbles backwards into the cage, staring vacantly into space! He's got no idea where he is, who he is or what day it is... Poor guy.
