Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Randy Orton (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jebidiah Knepp (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Orton kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genius that is Voices. Knepp has chosen Amish Paradise as his entrance music. Jebidiah Knepp acknowledges the crowd's support as he enters the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
13 - 9 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Randy Orton! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
9 - 11 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Jebidiah Knepp! The judges for this bout are William Peck, Elvis Blanc and Yves DeLean.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Knepp cracks Orton with a good shot that sees him stumbling back into the cage. Knepp scores with a nice body kick.
Knepp fails to land with a series of punches.
Knepp throws a looping overhand right but Orton ducks down to avoid it. Knepp misses with a jab, cross combination.
Orton wants to slow Knepp down by chopping away at his legs. Jab, jab by Knepp - just one landing. Knepp swings and misses with a hook to the body.
Knepp jabbing away but nothing is landing. A punch combination from Knepp misses.
That's one minute gone in the round. Orton moves out of range of the body kick. Orton thows a left - swing and a miss! Knepp tries to bum rush Orton with a series of wild strikes but Orton uses good footwork to avoid the assault. Knepp ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Orton moves away. Orton moves into range and connects with a jab. Knepp lands a jab to the head.
Randy Orton is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs. Nice defenses there by Orton. Knepp throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land. Orton takes a shot right to the liver - Bas would have been proud of that punch.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Knepp scores with a hook to the body. Orton takes a step back and tries to catch his breath. A swing and a miss from Orton. Knepp just misses with a punch to the body.
A punch combination from Knepp misses. Orton takes a big uppercut there. He seems a bit wobbly but no, he's OK.
Orton keeps the fight on the outside. Knepp wants to clinch up but Orton keeps it at a distance. Orton throws a series of punches but Knepp moves out of range.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Knepp fails to land with a series of punches.
Knepp misses with a wild body shot. Knepp tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Orton was well out of range. Poor timing from Knepp. Knepp digs a good hook to Orton's body.
Knepp fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
A punch lands to the side of Orton 's head but he takes it in his stride. Orton swats away the attempt to clinch by Knepp. Knepp throws a series of punches but Orton avoids them all with ease.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Orton keeping his hands up high there, blocking the jab from Knepp. Knepp throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle. Orton loads up on a big right hand but Knepp slips the punch. Jebidiah Knepp seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Orton has a nice red mark on his side after a thudding body kick by Knepp. Knepp closes the distance and gets a double leg, slamming Orton to the mat! Orton manages to get full guard. Knepp seems content to control from guard here. He's going to have to remain active though if he doesn't want to get stood back up. Knepp slips nicely into half guard. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Jebidiah Knepp dominated that round. That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action.
Knepp lands a straight punch to the body, keeping Orton at a distance.
Knepp tests Orton's chin there with a solid looking shot. Knepp throws a couple of head shots and lands with the final one - a decent hook, which struck Orton on the side of the head. A combination from Knepp does no damage. Knepp falls off balance throwing a combination
and Orton counters with a slapping leg kick. Knepp throws a body kick that misses.
That's one minute gone in the round. A swing and a miss from Knepp. Knepp keeping his hands up high there, blocking the jab from Orton. Orton throws a big shot that misses. Some wild striking there from Knepp.
Knepp lands a nice shot that snaps Orton's head back.
No joy there for Knepp, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
A slow jab from Knepp misses its intended target.
That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd are starting to boo a lack of action. Knepp misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Knepp misses with a hook. Orton ducked under it nicely. Knepp scores with a decent looking hook. Knepp scores with a three punch combo!
Orton keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl. Orton avoids a punch combination nicely.
Orton takes a head kick and shrugs it off.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Orton slips a jab from Knepp. Orton slips a jab from Knepp. Orton avoids the body shot from Knepp.
Orton steps to the side to avoid the strikes from Knepp. Knepp misses with a straight right. Orton wants to land a leg kick but Knepp is out of range.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it. Orton throws a jab when Knepp was well out of range. Knepp misses with a body kick. Knepp misses with a double jab
and Orton counters with a one-two to the body. Orton throws a jab but it's blocked by Knepp. No joy there for Orton, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
The crowd thankful this round is nearly over. Knepp lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.
Knepp swings and misses with a shot to the body and Orton counters with a stiff right hand. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Jebidiah Knepp showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action! This is the final round!
Orton staying out of range there. Jab, jab by Knepp - just one landing. Orton fakes and then throws a beautiful body shot. Knepp looks a bit winded and takes a step backwards to take a breath. Knepp tries to clinch up but Orton circles away and keeps his distance. Knepp tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Orton swivels and escapes. Knepp tries to clinch and Orton counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw. Knepp is looking to chop away at Orton's legs. Knepp throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
That's one minute gone in the round. Knepp lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Orton circles away quickly and effectively. Jebidiah Knepp is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things. Knepp throws a sloppy body shot
and Knepp takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles. A telegraphed right hand from Orton misses the target. Orton jabs at Knepp's body. Knepp misses with a hook. Orton ducked under it nicely. Knepp decides to change it up a bit and drives through with a nice takedown into half guard. Knepp seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but Orton does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back. Knepp seems to be looking for submissions.
Knepp is thwarting Orton's attempts to control the position. Jebidiah Knepp is fighting for a decision here - he's started to take the cautious approach.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Knepp works his way into side control. Orton tries to work a leg under to get back to half guard but Knepp wriggles his own leg back out and remains in side control. Orton trying to remain calm as Knepp controls from the top position. Orton tries to bench press Knepp off him but Knepp keeps the position. Orton is letting Knepp control him for a moment. We've had a lack of effective grappling in the last minute or so, which could well see a referee standup. Orton is trying to control Knepp's posture but Knepp avoids it.

The referee decides to stand the fighters back up. Knepp throws a looping overhand right but Orton ducks down to avoid it. Randy Orton has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here! Orton throws out a loose jab but Knepp uses good head movement to avoid it. Orton misses with a body shot
and Knepp counters with a nice double leg into guard. Knepp controls from within his opponent's guard.
That's four minutes gone in the round.
The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily. Orton is working actively off his back, looking to secure an arm or perhaps work for a triangle. Knepp not doing a lot at the moment. He'll have to show some more aggression or the fight will get stood up. Orton is trying to control the position but Knepp postures up.
Jebidiah Knepp has forced the referee to step in and restart the fight on the feet. Orton is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Knepp. Knepp bobs and weaves into range and then changes levels and scores with a nice takedown into side control. Knepp controls the position from side control.
And that's the end of the fight! Jebidiah Knepp comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. Well Knepp has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
