Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Mr Ad (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Alkash Buxoy (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Ad comes to the cage accompanied by Pow!. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Buxoy fails to land with a series of punches.
Buxoy takes a nice looking leg kick right on the meat of his thigh there.
Ad shoots in for a double leg but Buxoy sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy.

Buxoy throws a right and a left that Ad avoids nicely.

There's a bit of a scramble here and now Ad is on top in guard.

The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult.

And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
That was a close round but I would say that Mr Ad will probably get the nod.
The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business.

Buxoy closes the distance and lands a one-two.

Ad closes the distance and clinches up with Buxoy, looking for a takedown. Ad pushes Buxoy against the cage but Buxoy circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.

Buxoy swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.

Buxoy leaves Ad with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt.
Ad tries to close the distance and clinch up but Buxoy swats him away and circles back towards the center.
Ad fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Buxoy, pushing him back against the cage.
Ad keeps control of Buxoy as he tries to wriggle out of the double underhooks.
Ad gets the body lock takedown. After a quick scramble, Buxoy regains guard.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!

Ad drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Ad jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position.
Buxoy wants to stand and escape but Ad is having none of it.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.
Ad is looking to advance position but Buxoy won't allow it.
The referee decides to stand the fighters back up.
Ad tries to close the distance and clinch but Buxoy swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.

A real battle for position is taking place between these two warriors.

Alkash Buxoy seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Alkash Buxoy showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.

Buxoy throws a hook to the side of Ad's head but Ad sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.

Buxoy tries to work a leg under to get back to half guard but Ad wriggles his own leg back out and remains in side control.
Ad is looking to finish here, going for an Americana. Buxoy knows the correct defense though, so he's OK.
Ad advances nicely into full mount.
Ad throwing sloppy strikes here. Perhaps if he tightened up his striking from such a dominant position, he'd be able to finish easier.
