Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Yoshi Yamaguchi (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and John Silvers (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). John Silvers told me before the fight that he's been watching a lot of DVDs so let's see if that helps him in this one! I can't wait to find out!

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of

The judges for this bout are Yasuomi Hirokawa, Hirohito Nitta and Sosuke Kotani.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Yamaguchi connects with a lovely right hand, straight down the pipe.
Silvers swings and misses with a hook to the body.
Yamaguchi throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Silvers fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Yamaguchi avoids it really well and circles away.

Yamaguchi swings around for an armbar but it's a sloppy attempt and Silvers is now in Yamaguchi's guard. A big mistake from Yamaguchi there, giving up the dominant position!

Silvers looks to be working for a triangle here. Oh, it looks like he might have it! Yamaguchi has picked Silvers up and slammed him! Silvers can't keep hold of the triangle and Yamaguchi manages to pass to side control!
