Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Johnny Stryker (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Don Sellic (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Stryker might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to Let It Fly. Don Sellic has the eye of the tiger tonight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Sellic fails with the takedown. Stryker throws out a loose jab but Sellic uses good head movement to avoid it. Sellic pushing out the jab but it's not landing. A swing and a miss from Sellic. Stryker avoids a punch combination nicely.
Don Sellic seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Stryker blocks the body kick.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Sellic will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Stryker throws a leg kick which misses Sellic's front leg but catches the back leg as Sellic tries to avoid it.
That's one minute gone in the round. Sellic fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Stryker manages to avoid it. Sellic throws a jab but it's blocked by Stryker. Stryker throws a head kick that misses. Sellic works Stryker's body with a nice hook. Sellic lands with a right hand. Sellic moves out of range of the strikes. Stryker bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes. Sellic lands with a shot to the body. Sellic throws a leg kick and Stryker counters with a stiff right hand. Sellic looks to throw the jab but Stryker is out of range. A shot to the body from Sellic misses and he gets countered with a snapping leg kick.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Stryker cracks Sellic with a right hand to the side of the head. Sellic connects with a crisp jab.
It looks like Johnny Stryker has been cut. The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! and Stryker counters with a quick right hand to the jaw. Sellic falls off balance throwing a combination
and Stryker counters with a shot to the ribs. That looked like it hurt. A punch lands to the side of Stryker 's head but he takes it in his stride. Stryker lands a nice leg kick that just misses Sellic's sensitive parts. Sellic loads up on a big right hand but Stryker slips the punch. Stryker moves out of range of the strikes. Stryker uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Sellic. Stryker bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes. Stryker uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Sellic.
That's four minutes gone in the round. A jab from Sellic finds it's way through Stryker's defenses. Sellic loads up on a big right hand but Stryker slips the punch. Stryker is looking to score with low kicks. Sellic throws a series of punches but Stryker avoids them all with ease. Stryker throws a head kick that looked like it stung.
Johnny Stryker is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs. Sellic lands with a good body shot. A looping hook to the body misses from Sellic. Stryker does a little dance to reset his feet. Stryker has his hands up protecting his head but a hook from Sellic finds it's way round the side to connect with Stryker's head. This has been an exciting period of action! The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end. Sellic throws a decent looking leg kick but it doesn't land clean. Decent striking displayed by Stryker there. Stryker ducks low and lands a nice hook to the body of his opponent. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Don Sellic dominated that round. The cut man is working on Johnny Stryker's cut. The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action!

Stryker gets his head snapped back by a nice shot there. Sellic throws the left hand but Stryker avoids the punch easily. Stryker slips a jab from Sellic. Stryker throws a jab but it's blocked by Sellic. Stryker lands a jab to the head.
Ooooh, nice body kick lands from Stryker. Sellic shrugs it off though. Sellic missing with a left hand there. Stryker was out of range so wasted energy throwing that one. Stryker throws a head kick but Sellic moves out of range.
That's one minute gone in the round. Sellic slips in close and lands a nice hook before moving back out of range. Stryker uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Sellic.
Stryker is using his height advantage well here, landing a good percentage of his punches. Sellic shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Oh and he's advanced to full mount straight away. Sellic landing punches. Sellic prevents Stryker from getting the reversal. Sellic has hold of Stryker's left arm, perhaps looking for a submission. The two fighters tussle over control of the isolated limb and Stryker manages to get his arm back to his side and away from danger.
Stryker is in a horrible position here, under a barrage of strikes, he's managing to avoid any damage.
Sellic throws an elbow from mount that misses. Lucky escape for Stryker because Sellic loaded up on that one. Sellic scoring with strikes but Stryker is staying in there.

Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here. Sellic looking to ground and pound but Stryker is blocking nicely. Sellic misses with a series of strikes from mount. He'll no doubt be working on his ground and pound when he gets back to the gym.

That's three minutes gone in the round. Sellic working for a submission here. He's tucked his head under his opponent's arm, looking for an arm triangle. He's hopped off into side control, looking to tighten the submission... is it going to work? He's given up a good position looking for it. Stryker looks OK. Oh, I spoke too soon, he's out! That must have been tighter than I thought! Excellent work there by Sellic! Submission of the night perhaps?
