The judges for this bout are Dean Styles, Jonathan Paton and David Schapiro.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Stone fakes a head shot and lands one to the body.
Stone dives in and grabs Bad Ass's left leg, looking for a takedown. Bad Ass pushes down on Stone's head and hops out.
Stone takes a jab right on the nose. That must have hurt but he shrugs his shoulders and looks to return the favor.
It looks like Chris Stone has been cut.
Bad Ass misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Stone.
Stone scores with a punch to the head.
Bad Ass rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Stone moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
Bad Ass has closed the distance and engaged Stone in a clinch.
Stone pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.
Stone staying out of range there.
Bad Ass avoids a lazy jab quite easily.
Stone misses with a body shot.
Bad Ass fails with an attempt to clinch.
Bad Ass lands with a shot to the body.
Stone moves out of range as Bad Ass strikes.
Stone will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts.
A telegraphed takedown attempt from Stone is defended easily by Bad Ass.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Chris Stone. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Stone takes a punch right to his stomach. That took the wind out of him momentarily.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Stone throws a body kick but he was well out of range there.
Stone shoots in for a takedown and gets it.
Bad Ass on the receiving end of some nice ground and pound.

Bad Ass is looking for a sweep. Stone is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position.
Bad Ass is looking to escape.
Stone wants to control but Bad Ass is keeping him busy.
Bad Ass keeping his head moving to avoid the ground and pound.
Stone with the ground and pound but Bad Ass uses the opportunity to regain guard.
Stone has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.

Stone is taking a break and basically stalling. The referee will not allow him to do that for long.
Hammerfist, elbow! yells Stone's corner. There ya go! There ya go!

Stone stands up over Bad Ass, holding his feet. He dives back in and lands a decent shot to the head.
Stone postures up and scores with a shot to the body and a follow up elbow to the head.
Stone throws and elbow that misses. Bad Ass uses the momentum to reverse the position. He's now in Stone's guard. Nice move by Bad Ass!
Bad Ass wants to pass the guard but Stone is keeping the position.
Stone on his back here. We all know that wrestlers don't like being on their back so let's see if Stone tries to get out of the position.
Stone has his foot on Bad Ass's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Bad Ass works his way back into a safe position though.
Bad Ass trying to control but Stone is working from the bottom.
Bad Ass looking to sit in guard and control but Stone gets the butterfly guard and sweeps. He's now in the guard on the top.
Stone missing there with some ground and pound from the guard.

Stone manages to land a sweep and now he's in mount on top!
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Stone throwing strikes but Bad Ass uses the opportunity to regain half guard.

Stone is trying to control. Bad Ass wants to improve his position but can't escape this time.

Stone thumps the canvas. Not on purpose obviously - he just missed Bad Ass's head.
Bad Ass moves his hips nicely and gets into full guard.
Stone is just sitting in guard, looking to avoid any submissions.

Stone controlling from the guard. I say controlling but really, he's stalling.
The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end.
Stone working some ground and pound from guard but it's not doing any damage.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
That was a close round but I would say that Chris Stone will probably get the nod.
The cut man is working on Chris Stone's cut.
That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action.
No luck for Stone with that takedown attempt.
Stone takes a big uppercut there. He seems a bit wobbly but no, he's OK.
Bad Ass forces Stone back against the cage and clinches.
Stone misses with a punch to the body.
Stone is trying to work out of this bad position, with his back against the cage.
Bad Ass trying to stall but Stone improves his position.
Stone breaks the clinch.
Bad Ass works the jab nicely.
Wow, both these guys are really going for it!
Bad Ass avoids the body shot from Stone.
Bad Ass throws a nice hook to the body that draws an oooh from the crowd.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Stone scores with a sloppy punch to the body. Not much technique there but it did the business.
Stone misses with a hook.
Bad Ass looks to score with a combo but nothing lands.
Bad Ass gets in close and instigates a clinch.
Bad Ass gets through Stone's defenses to land a nice punch to the side of the head.
A body shot lands from Bad Ass.
Bad Ass lands a body punch in the clinch.
A nice left hand lands by Bad Ass.
Chris Stone's cut is getting worse.
Bad Ass scores with a shot to the side of Stone's head.
Stone is rocked!
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.
Bad Ass creates some distance for himselfand unleashes a massive uppercut that sends Stone's eyes rolling into the back of his head! Stone drops to his knees and Bad Ass pours it on with more strikes until the referee steps in to end the bout!
