Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between David Nuclear (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Sokku Namazu (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Namazu has chosen Openning Naruto - Hero comeback as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. Sokku Namazu is staring across the cage at his opponent, tweaking his nipples.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are John Mangel, Winston Howard and Bruno Hogan.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Some wild striking there from Nuclear.
Nuclear blocks a head kick by Namazu.
Nuclear thows a body shot but no joy.
Namazu keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
Namazu takes a jab on the nose there. A little bit of blood seems to be coming out. Hopefully that won't affect his breathing.
Namazu throws a right and a left that both miss.
Nice takedown defense from Nuclear. No joy for Namazu on that attempt.
Nuclear misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.

Nuclear lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.
Nuclear uses good footwork to get in and out and land a nice right hand before Namazu has time to react.
Namazu closes the distance and looks for a trip takedown... aaaand he's got it - Namazu lands in his opponent's guard.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.

Nuclear is really struggling to control Namazu but he's trying to hold on to the position.

Nuclear pulls Namazu in close to his closed guard and prevents Namazu from doing any damage or advancing position.
Nuclear is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.

That was a close round but I would say that David Nuclear will probably get the nod.
The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action!
Nuclear scores with a one two! Namazu had his feet all tangled up there and couldn't avoid the strikes.
Nuclear is looking to wear down Namazu with body shots, infact he's throwing more body shots than head shots at the moment.

Namazu is keen to just control but Nuclear is a slippery customer.

Nuclear is pulling down on Namazu's head to control his posture.

Nuclear wants to get back to his feet but Namazu is in a dominant position and won't allow it.

Nuclear keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl.
David Nuclear seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Namazu shoots in and drives through. Nuclear sprawls well.
David Nuclear has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Sokku Namazu.
Namazu takes a big uppercut there. He seems a bit wobbly but no, he's OK.

As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
