Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Dan Giera (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Alex Popoff (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Popoff has chosen Face the Pain-Stemm as his entrance music. We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The judges for this bout are Mauricio Rocha, Edson Gomes and Paulo Santos.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Giera waving his hands out infront of him, looking to distract Popoff.
Giera tries to score with a leg kick but it misses it's target.
Giera changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Popoff tries to avoid it but Giera manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Popoff to the ground. Popoff escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
Giera fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Both fighters are looking to counter, which isn't making for the most exciting fight in the world.

Oooooooooooh, not good. A low kick from Giera lands where it shouldn't have, right in the... well, you know what he did? He kicked him in the penis. He's injured, injured bad. The referee sends both fighters to their corners and Popoff has 5 minutes to recover. He's OK now though... a thumbs up from Popoff and we're back underway with a touch of gloves.

Giera shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Popoff as he jumps to the side.

Giera shoots in looking for a takedown. Popoff tries to sprawl out of it but Giera keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Popoff manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.

I would just about give that final round to Alex Popoff.
