Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Gonzaga dodges the punch combination from Leroux.
Gonzaga shoots in for a takedown but Leroux shows good takedown defense.
Gonzaga keeps the fight on the outside.
Leroux shoots in but Gonzaga avoids the takedown attempt easily.
Gonzaga feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.
Gonzaga pushing down on Leroux's thigh, trying to pass to half guard. He's managed it... Nice work.
Gonzaga tries to pass to full mount but Leroux defends it.
Gonzaga is trying a forearm choke… I don't think that's going to do much at this level of the game.

Leroux is looking for a sweep. Gonzaga is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position.
Leroux knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Gonzaga on the ground.
Gonzaga looking for a kimura but he'll have to free his other leg if he wants to finish that. Perhaps he's just using it as a distraction technique.
Leroux wants to improve his position but Gonzaga is controlling well.

Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up.
Leroux tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion.
Gonzaga with a lazy takedown attempt
and Leroux counters with a shoot takedown. Gonzaga fights it but they end up in guard.
Gonzaga escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Leroux gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.
Gonzaga looks gassed!
Gonzaga looking for a guillotine here but Leroux defends easily.
Gonzaga is working an open guard so Leroux takes the opportunity to get back to his feet.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
Leroux scores with a three punch combo!
Leroux closes the distance and lands a one-two.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Gonzaga takes a punch to the jaw and another one to the bread basket.
Leroux lands with a right that hurts Gonzaga. Gonzaga looks to clinch but Leroux throws a short knee that drops Gonzaga. This one is all over!
