Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 4 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Richye Miramer!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Alejandro Francisco!
The judges for this bout are Daniel Franklin, Robert Twigg and Frank Dennis.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Francisco looks to score with a combo but nothing lands.

Miramer shoots in for a takedown from distance. He catches Francisco napping and manages to drive through into side control!
Francisco is working hard to escape and get back to his feet. After a battle for position, Miramer asserts his dominance and retains side control.

Miramer has hold of one of Francisco's legs. Francisco is fighting the takedown attempt but Miramer gets the trip and lands the takedown into guard.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena.

Francisco utilising some decent striking defenses from the guard, preventing the ground and pound.

Francisco is looking to stand up but Miramer isn't so interested in that idea.

Neither fighter is doing enough for the referee's liking and he's decided to stand them back up.

Miramer clinches up against the cage.
Miramer wants to get back to striking at distance but Francisco won't allow it.
Miramer keeps the fight in the clinch, despite Francisco's efforts to push away.

Miramer turns his back and goes for a hip toss. It's a bit messy but it gets the job done and Miramer manages to end up in side control.
Francisco is looking to work his way out of this bad position but Miramer is controlling him well.

Miramer creates some space and throws a big elbow, but Francisco sees it coming and moves his head just enough to avoid the strike.

Miramer wants to stand but Francisco has him controlled and pulls him back into his guard.

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.

Well Miramer has outscored his opponent in every aspect of the fight today. Only a scarily incompetent judge or two will keep him from a well deserved win... Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
