Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Hux Flux (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Tito ortiz (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Tito ortiz told me before the fight that he's been watching a lot of DVDs so let's see if that helps him in this one! I can't wait to find out!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 2 rounds, in the heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
6 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Hux Flux! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
4 - 2 - 0, fighting out of London, Tito ortiz! The judges for this bout are James Atkins, William Gold and Chris Edwards.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Flux is looking for a takedown here. He's shot in and has managed to get it, finishing up in ortiz's half guard. Flux is looking for a kimura but he's never going to get it from there. Flux is looking for a kimura here.
Flux is looking for a kimura but ortiz is holding onto that half guard position, so it's hard for Flux to get the leverage. Flux prevents ortiz from standing back up.
Flux is looking for a kimura. It's going to be difficult to finish that from half guard though and ortiz defends it well. Flux wants to work for an arm triangle but ortiz is really keeping half guard well and defending the submission attempt.
ortiz tries to kick Flux off but Flux keeps his base steady and stays in half guard.
That's one minute gone in the round. ortiz pushes Flux off and gets back to his feet. ortiz looks gassed! Flux shoots in and scores a nice double leg takedown into half guard. Flux wants to pass to mount but ortiz is defending the position. Flux is working for a kimura but ortiz is defending it quite comfortably.

The fighters are trapped in the ropes so we're going to have a reposition here. The ref calls for a break and repositions the fighters in the center of the ring. Flux works his way into side control. Flux tries for a kimura but ortiz is defending well. ortiz is pushing Flux's head away, looking to escape. Flux manages to hold on to the position though.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Flux scores with a couple of short elbows. Flux tries for a kimura but ortiz is defending well. Flux wants to lay and pray for a moment but ortiz keeps working. ortiz throws Flux to one side and escapes! Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! ortiz doesn't succeed with the takedown and Flux counters with a single leg into guard. ortiz didn't expect that. Flux postures up to throw the ground and pound strikes but they don't connect. Flux prevents ortiz from getting back to his feet. Flux trying to control but ortiz is working from the bottom. Flux is going to have to think about doing something other than just controlling because ortiz is managing to avoid having the position dictated to him.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Flux advances to half guard. ortiz is trying to stand back up but Flux is controlling him

Flux thumps the canvas. Not on purpose obviously - he just missed ortiz's head. The fighters are tangled up in the ropes here. We might need a restart if the fighters can't break free themselves. ortiz is trying to stand.

No, ortiz has managed to free his arm - good work. ortiz wants to get back to his feet. Flux is thinking about going for an arm triangle but he can't free his leg.

That's five minutes gone in the round. Flux is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so ortiz is just riding it out for now. Flux eventually gives up the hold. ortiz wants to get back to his feet.
Flux works his way into side control. Flux prevents ortiz from escaping the position. Flux is trying to land an Americana. He has the arm isolated but ortiz is keeping cool and he's avoided the danger for now. Flux working hard here to secure a kimura but he's not really in the right position for it.
That's six minutes gone in the round. ortiz wants to escape from the position here - easier said than done! Flux is in a dominant position here, looking for a kimura. ortiz looks calm but he's in trouble here. Flux gets his leg over his opponent's head and yanks on the arm. ortiz is tapping like a morse code operator on the titanic! SOS! SOS! Flux lets go of the hold and ortiz can pop his arm back in it's socket.
