Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Arlindo Moralles (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Cadogen Gruffudd (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). The key to victory for Arlindo Moralles has got to be keeping the fight on the feet.

Moralles closes this distance looking for a takedown but Gruffudd circles away.

There's a bit of a scramble here and now Moralles is on top in guard.

Moralles drops back looking for a heel hook - he quickly realises he's not going to get it but Gruffudd manages to dive on top of him before he can escape and now Moralles has Gruffudd in his guard.

That was a close round but I would say that Arlindo Moralles will probably get the nod.
The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action.

Gruffudd looks towards his corner to check for any instructions. The corner give him nothing to work with, so he cracks Moralles with a short hammerfist. I guess that's as good as any advice he could get in this position.

Gruffudd really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Moralles. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.

Moralles has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Gruffudd can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.
