Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Stephan Anton (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Sambo Robinson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Robinson is bouncing up and down as he enters the arena, backed by DJ Dee Kline - I don't smoke da reefa. Sambo Robinson has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
3 - 1 - 0, fighting out of London, Stephan Anton!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

4 - 2 - 0, fighting out of London, Sambo Robinson!
The judges for this bout are Colin Fotheringham, Steven Brown and Andrew Berry.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Anton shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Robinson as he jumps to the side.
Robinson decides to change it up a bit and drives through with a nice takedown into half guard.
Robinson is trying to work for a kimura. This could be trouble! No, Anton has managed to free his arm - good work.
Robinson with the ground and pound but Anton uses the opportunity to regain guard.
Robinson has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan.
Anton is doing well to control the posture of his opponent and prevent any damage.

A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Anton accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.

The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so.
Anton is just sitting in guard, looking to avoid any submissions.

Robinson drops back, looking for a kneebar! Anton looks panicked! The fighters roll across the mat, one looking to finish, one looking to escape. Anton looks to have wriggled free... Yes, he's got his leg free and he's dived into side control! Good work there from Anton!

A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Anton thinks about going for a far side armbar but bails out and retains the dominant position instead.
Robinson takes a couple of big shots there - the referee warns him that he has to defend himself better.
The crowd thankful this round is nearly over.
Robinson pushes Anton away and creates a bit of space to escape. He's almost out here... but no, Anton gets a good hold of his legs and remains firmly in side control.

The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business.
Anton shoots in with a lovely double leg takedown. Robinson manages to land in full guard to minimise the damage.
Robinson wants to sweep here but Anton controlling him for the moment.

Well, if Anton is going to just lie there, perhaps we should talk about what we're having for dinner tonight… I'm having a ham and pineapple pizza… Yum. Can't wait.

Anton looks to land a strike but Robinson avoids it nicely and regains full guard.

The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action! The crowd applaud as we get ready to start the final round!
Robinson shoots in and bounces Anton off the cage to secure the takedown into guard.
