Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Daniel Hunnam (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Patrick Quinlan (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Hunnam kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genius that is England Belongs To Me. Daniel Hunnam could well score a knockout today. He has the power to get to Patrick Quinlan's chin.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of London, Daniel Hunnam! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
1 - 3 - 0, fighting out of London, Patrick Quinlan! The judges for this bout are Colin Fotheringham, James Glass and Steven Brown.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Quinlan ducks right into an uppercut from Hunnam. Hunnam tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Quinlan paws at him with a jab and circles away. Hunnam instigates a clinch. Quinlan tries to land a knee to the head but Hunnam blocks with his arms.
Hunnam breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat. Quinlan tries to clinch up and Hunnam counters with a thumping low kick. Quinlan closes the distance looking to clinch enabling Hunnam to counter with a crisp jab. Hunnam tries to clinch but fails miserably and Quinlan counters by moving into the clinch. Quinlan pushes off an throws an elbow but Hunnam leans to the side and avoids it. We're back to clinching against the cage. Quinlan lands a glancing elbow in the clinch.
It looks like Daniel Hunnam has been cut. A short right from Hunnam on the inside. Hunnam is working hard here but doesn't seem to be able to control effectively, up against the cage. Quinlan comes over the top with an elbow. That landed flush. Quinlan prevents Hunnam from breaking the clinch.
That's one minute gone in the round. Hunnam wants to break free. God knows he wants to breaaaak freeee. Hunnam has had enough of the clinch and is looking to separate. Hunnam wants to strike at distance but he can't break free of the clinch.
Quinlan pushes off an throws an elbow but Hunnam leans to the side and avoids it. We're back to clinching against the cage. A frustrated look appears on Hunnam's face as he tries to break the clinch. Hunnam managing to block the knees to the body from Quinlan.

Hunnam is looking to break free of the clinch but Quinlan has double underhooks. Quinlan lands an uppercut. Hunnam throws a punch but it's blocked by Quinlan. Hunnam is trying to break free. Quinlan keeps the fight in the clinch, despite Hunnam's efforts to push away. Hunnam wants to break free but Quinlan has control.

Quinlan wants to pass the guard but Hunnam is keeping the position. Quinlan slips effortlessly into side control - very nice. Hunnam on his back here. We all know that wrestlers don't like being on their back so let's see if Hunnam tries to get out of the position.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Quinlan landing a few strikes. Quinlan trying to control the action but Hunnam is working from the bottom. Hunnam managing to avoid any damage from the strikes thrown by Quinlan.
Quinlan looking for an arm triangle but it's way too loose to do anything. Hunnam tries to escape but Quinlan is in control.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it. Quinlan trying to control the action but Hunnam is working from the bottom. The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily. Quinlan throws a knee to the body but it doesn't do much damage. Quinlan thinks about going for a far side armbar but bails out and retains the dominant position instead.
Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up. Hunnam works over Quinlan's head and body with a nice combination. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
That was a close round but I would say that Daniel Hunnam will probably get the nod. The cut man is working on Daniel Hunnam's cut. That's the end of the round. The referee orders the cornermen out of the cage so we can get back down to business.

Hunnam is bucking up trying to escape but Quinlan cracks him with another couple of good strikes. Quinlan trying to control but he's not successful this time. Quinlan lands an elbow that was bordering on illegal but the referee lets it go with a warning. The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end. Quinlan looking to control but Hunnam is working nicely, looking to advance position himself. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

The referee decides to stand the fighters back up. Quinlan wants to clinch. Quinlan doesn't manage to clinch there - Hunnam circles away.
Quinlan fails miserably with a takedown attempt. Hunnam throws a head kick that misses. Quinlan feints with a shoulder and throws a nice leg kick to Hunnam's calf. Quinlan tries to clinch up but Hunnam circles away and keeps his distance.
That's four minutes gone in the round. There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action. Hunnam swings wildly with a couple of big hooks
and Quinlan counters with a driving takedown into guard. Nice work there by Quinlan. Hunnam keeping full guard, as Quinlan tries to pass. Quinlan looking to sit in guard and control but Hunnam gets the butterfly guard and sweeps. He's now in the guard on the top. Hunnam is looking to stand up but Quinlan won't let him.
And that's the end of the fight! Patrick Quinlan comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. I think Quinlan has won this one but let's see whether the judges agree with me. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
