Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Hyun Kim (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jason Duck (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Kim comes to the cage accompanied by To the Top. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 2 rounds, in the lightweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
7 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Hyun Kim! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
8 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Jason Duck! The judges for this bout are Taro Takaoka, Ren Mimura and Tatsuya Matsuyama.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Kim fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Duck avoids it really well and circles away. Jason Duck seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. A big left from Duck misses. Kim throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Kim lands a leg kick. The shin dug right into the meat of the thigh. Kim scores with a takedown into Duck's guard. Kim won't allow Duck to get back to his feet. Kim drops back looking for a heel hook - he quickly realises he's not going to get it but Duck manages to dive on top of him before he can escape and now Kim has Duck in his guard. Kim wants to stand up but Duck is controlling him.
That's one minute gone in the round. Duck gets to his feet and steps away from his opponent. A jab from Duck misses. Kim lands the left hand. Kim lands a glancing blow to the side of Duck's head. Kim misses with a looping left. Duck throws an overhand right that lands on Kim's shoulder, as Kim tries to avoid the shot. Duck loads up on a big right hand but Kim slips the punch. Kim misses with a jab, cross combination.
Kim slips under a jab from Duck. Kim ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Duck moves away. Kim uses good footwork to avoid the strikes from Duck. Duck throws an overhand right that lands on Kim's shoulder, as Kim tries to avoid the shot. Duck misses with a hook. Kim pushing out the jab but it's not landing. Duck throws a big shot that misses. Duck throws a lazy right hand but Kim sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily. Duck throws the left hand but Kim avoids the punch easily. Kim getting the better of the striking in that exchange.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Kim uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Duck. Kim lands with an uppercut that bounces Duck off the cage and back into rage. A slow jab from Duck misses its intended target. Kim ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face. Nice defenses there by Kim. Duck throws out a loose jab but Kim uses good head movement to avoid it. A big left from Kim misses. Duck takes a hook to the side of the head. I wonder if that's got his ears ringing.
Kim fakes a jab and then connects with a hook. A cross from Duck lands. The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! A punch combination from Kim misses. Duck throws a jab when Kim was well out of range. Duck misses with a looping left. Duck throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Kim sees it coming and avoids it easily. Duck throws out a token jab with nothing on it. Duck throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Kim sees it coming and avoids it easily. Jason Duck is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs. Duck looks gassed! Kim connects with a solid leg kick. Kim uses good footwork to avoid the strikes from Duck. Kim lands a big right hand and follows it up with an uppercut. Oh and another big punch and a knee - Duck can't take much more of this! Another big shot to the jaw from Kim and Duck drops to the floor. Beaten and bloodied - he had enough there. A vicious beatdown by Kim.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:05 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Hyun Kim!
