Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Joey Bolten (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Mick Dundee (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). The crowd seem to be enjoying Dundee's choice of entrance music: Crocodile Remix. Man, I cannot wait for this one!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
2 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Joey Bolten!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Damien Edna, Bruno Hogan and Winston Howard.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Dundee gets a clinch.
Bolten is trying to break the clinch but Dundee is controlling him.
Dundee lands a body shot.
Dundee lands punches inside but they're not really causing much damage.
Dundee lands a left hand that snaps the head of Bolten backwards.
Dundee is pushing Bolten up against the cage, for a bit of lean and pray action. Action being used the in the loosest possible sense of the word.
Bolten tries to jump guard but he falls flat on his backside. Dundee smiles and moves away.
Bolten throws a leg kick which misses Dundee's front leg but catches the back leg as Dundee tries to avoid it.
Bolten does a little shimmy and throws a leg kick. The leg kick missed by a considerable margin though, making him look a little bit silly for doing the shimmy.
Bolten throws a sloppy head kick and Dundee moves out of range easily.

Joey Bolten seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Bolten lands a head kick. Dundee smiles back at him and beckons him forward.
That's a knee to de groin and it's over and out! Dundee crumples to the ground after an illegal strike from Bolten - the referee stops the clock and Dundee gets 5 minutes to recover from that one. "I'm sorry" says Bolten. Dundee manages to get back to his feet and the fight resumes.

Dundee fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Bolten, pushing him back against the cage.
Bolten wants to break free but Dundee has control.

Dundee presses Bolten against the cage and delivers a mid-strength body shot.

Bolten tries to pull guard but Dundee holds him up against the cage and eventually Bolten drops back down to his feet.

Bolten jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as Dundee walks away with a smile on his face. Bolten gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head.
Bolten takes a jab on the nose. He smiles like he loves it and keeps coming.
Dundee fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.

Dundee takes a nasty kick to the mid section... That should keep him thinking. Does he try and block and risk a head kick landing?
Dundee's leg has a nasty welt from taking a succession of leg kicks. That must be slowing him down.

Dundee has developed a nice purple lump on his ribcage, as a result of some heavy body kicks from Bolten.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.

That was a close round but I would say that Joey Bolten will probably get the nod.
