Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Don Fox (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Juan Dos Silva (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Don Fox! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
2 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Juan Dos Silva! The judges for this bout are Wagner Zegers, Albert Achterberg and Daniel Blasius.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Dos Silva feints and as Fox raises his hands in defense, Dos Silva changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard. Dos Silva seems content to control from guard here. He's going to have to remain active though if he doesn't want to get stood back up. Dos Silva looking to sit in guard and control but Fox gets the butterfly guard and sweeps. He's now in the guard on the top. Dos Silva trying to keep a closed guard but Fox is proving a slippery customer.
Fox is stalling in the full guard. Dos Silva looking for submissions from the bottom here. Moving his hips around, possibly looking for an armbar.
Fox's corner is telling him to maintain position.
That's one minute gone in the round. Fox forces his way into half guard. Fox is keen to just control but Dos Silva is a slippery customer. Fox content to control rather than advance.
The referee decides to stand the fighters back up, due to lack of activity on the part of Don Fox. Fox takes the fight into the clinch. Dos Silva has moved round to his opponent's back and is looking for a suplex! Oh snap! He's tossed Fox clear over his head and slammed him to the mat! Dos Silva is looking to finish the fight by rear naked choke. Fox knows exactly what he's got planned though, so he's defending well. Maybe a few strikes would soften Fox for a finish.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Dos Silva tries to get the hooks in deep but Fox pushed the leg off. Fox is trying to break free.
Dos Silva throwing strikes and Fox squirms under the pressure, ending up mounted. Dos Silva prevents Fox from getting the reversal. Dos Silva can't quite control the action as he would like just now, as Fox is looking to escape. Fox really trying hard to get back to half guard here.
Fox holding onto his opponent's waist for dear life, as Dos Silva tries to land some strikes to get him to release his grip.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Fox in a bad spot here, taking shots to the head. Fox is in all sorts of trouble here.
Fox is working hard here to advance position. Dos Silva with good strikes from the mount here! Fox working to try and regain half guard.
Dos Silva wants to control the pace but Fox is squirming around nicely. Fox tries to hold on but Dos Silva postures up.
That's four minutes gone in the round. My god... these two guys really need to pick up the pace or everyone will leave to go get a beer. Dos Silva looks like he's working for a submission but he's not found anything just yet. Dos Silva trying to control but he's not successful this time. Fox wants to control but Dos Silva is having none of it. Dos Silva jumps to the side looking to secure the arm triangle…. Ooooh, that looks tight… Fox is gargling but he's managed to escape! Nice work there by Fox and Dos Silva has given up the dominant position trying to land that submission.
Fox is not content to let Dos Silva control the position. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Juan Dos Silva dominated that round. That's the end of the round. The referee orders the cornermen out of the cage so we can get back down to business.
Dos Silva tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Fox swivels and escapes. Excellent takedown into side control there by Fox. Dos Silva is looking to reverse the position. Dos Silva takes an elbow right on the bridge of the nose and winces in pain.
Fox trying to control the position but Dos Silva is working away. Dos Silva gets one leg under and gets the fight to half guard. Fox missing with the ground and pound from half guard. Fox thows a huge punch but Dos Silva dodges it nicely.
Fox is just sitting in half guard, waiting for something to happen.
That's one minute gone in the round. Dos Silva makes his way to full guard. A much better position for Dos Silva. Fox in full guard, throwing the ground and pound. No damage this time. Dos Silva is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive. Fox working from the guard for now, landing some ground and pound. Fox tries to free his leg and advance position but Dos Silva is retaining full guard. Dos Silva should think about turning a few of those tyres round his middle into muscle if he wants people to take him seriously as an athlete. Dos Silva is trying to control the position but Fox postures up. Fox trying to control the position from guard on top but Dos Silva is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Dos Silva is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Fox trying to control but Dos Silva is working from the bottom.
That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so.
The referee decides to stand the fighters back up. Dos Silva gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily and Fox decides to take the opportunity to score a takedown. He's landed in Dos Silva's guard. Dos Silva is breathing heavily. Dos Silva avoiding any damage from the ground and pound. Fox with a flurry of punches that miss. Fox wants to control from the top but Dos Silva keeps moving. Dos Silva is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive. Fox connects with a couple of short punches. Dos Silva looking to hit a scissor sweep but Fox is one step ahead there. Fox looking to sit in guard and control but Dos Silva gets the butterfly guard and sweeps. He's now in the guard on the top.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Dos Silva is looking to work some ground and pound but Fox has wrist control.
The referee decides to stand the fighters back up. Fox is looking for a takedown here. He's shot in and has managed to get it, finishing up in Dos Silva's half guard. Fox working some ground and pound from close in. He's looking to maintain this position and strike for a while by the looks of things... although he'll probably advance to full mount in a minute now I've said that. Fox wants to take a breather but Dos Silva is having none of it. Fox stalling. Fox is keen to just control but Dos Silva is a slippery customer.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Fox is scoring with some nice ground and pound from the dominant position. Fox is looking for a kimura but Dos Silva is holding onto that half guard position, so it's hard for Fox to get the leverage. Fox uses his free foot to push down on Dos Silva's thigh. Eventually he works his other foot free and he's advanced to mount - this is trouble for Dos Silva. Fox controlling his opponent. Dos Silva is trying desperately to improve position. Fox avoids the attempt from Dos Silva to control. Fox misses with a series of strikes from mount. He'll no doubt be working on his ground and pound when he gets back to the gym.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Don Fox dominated that second round. That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action. This is the final round!
Fox shoots in but doesn't get the takedown and Dos Silva counters with a shoot takedown. Fox fights it but they end up in guard. Fox not looking particularly offensive just at the moment.
Fox pulls Dos Silva in close to his closed guard and prevents Dos Silva from doing any damage or advancing position. Dos Silva trying to control the position from guard on top but Fox is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Fox looking for submissions from the bottom here. Moving his hips around, possibly looking for an armbar.
That's one minute gone in the round. Fox keeping moving, preventing Dos Silva from controlling successfully. Dos Silva controls from within his opponent's guard. Fox manages to land a sweep and now he's in mount on top!
Fox moves into side control, trying to work for a kimura. That looks painful! Will he finish!!?? No, Dos Silva has worked his arm free - good work by Dos Silva!
Fox working the strikes but Dos Silva uses the opportunity to regain half guard.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Dos Silva controlling the leg, holding on to half guard. Dos Silva is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though. Fox stops Dos Silva from getting back to his feet.
Dos Silva blocking the ground and pound attempt from Fox. Dos Silva gets full guard. Fox pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. Dos Silva is keeping the position for now. Fox stays in close to Dos Silva's body and controls the position.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Fox trying to control the position from guard on top but Dos Silva is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Dos Silva managing to control the position. Fox throwing elbows and punches but not connecting, as Dos Silva works some decent striking defense from the bottom. Fox content to stall in guard here. Dos Silva working a defensive guard here.
Fox is intent on slowing down the pace of the fight, simply looking to control.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless. Dos Silva is active off his back here, looking for submissions.
Dos Silva takes a big intake of breath there - he's definitely tired. Fox trying to control but Dos Silva is working from the bottom. Dos Silva is trying to keep Fox in close.
Fox controlling from the guard. I say controlling but really, he's stalling. Dos Silva keeping moving, preventing Fox from controlling successfully.
The referee decides to stand the fighters back up, due to lack of activity on the part of Don Fox. Fox shoots in for a takedown from distance. He catches Dos Silva napping and manages to drive through into side control!
And that's the end of the fight! Juan Dos Silva comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. I think Dos Silva has won this one but let's see whether the judges agree with me. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
