Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Altair Leite (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and marcelo garcia (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

The judges for this bout are Felipe Paraventi, Edson Gomes and Alexandre Firmino.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Leite rushes garcia and presses him up against the cage.
garcia wants a takedown but no success here.
garcia tries to pull guard but Leite won't allow it.
garcia is trying to drag Leite to the mat but Leite just about manages to keep his footing. He used the cage to his advantage there.

Leite got a little sloppy there for a moment and garcia has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Leite has managed to get both his arms back between garcia's legs - danger averted.

Leite shoots in looking for a takedown. garcia tries to sprawl out of it but Leite keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. garcia manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.

Leite shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with garcia but garcia pushes him off and we're back to square one.

garcia turns his back and goes for a hip toss. It's a bit messy but it gets the job done and garcia manages to end up in side control.

Well Leite has outscored his opponent in every aspect of the fight today. Only a scarily incompetent judge or two will keep him from a well deserved win... Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
