Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Kazushi Yokihiro (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Toshiya Sato (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Yokihiro's ring entrance music is that housewives' favourite, Yoky Entrance. Sato has chosen Me Against The World as his entrance music. Yokihiro has a slight injury, which hopefully won't affect the fight too much. Kazushi Yokihiro could well score a knockout today. He has the power to get to Toshiya Sato's chin.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Kazushi Yokihiro! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Toshiya Sato! The judges for this bout are Yukihiro Yamamoto, Shirou Masuda and Tatsuya Matsuyama.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Sato shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. Yokihiro defends it nicely. Sato tries for a takedown but Yokihiro sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily. A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Sato. Kazushi Yokihiro has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Toshiya Sato. Sato shoots in and bounces Yokihiro off the cage to secure the takedown into guard. Sato not doing a lot at the moment. He'll have to show some more aggression or the fight will get stood up. Sato has decided he wants to stand but the closed guard of Yokihiro is proving hard to escape from. Yokihiro is breathing heavily. Sato controls from within his opponent's guard.

The ref stands the fighters back up, due to lack of action by Toshiya Sato. Sato fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt.
That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so. Sato changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Yokihiro tries to avoid it but Sato manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Yokihiro to the ground. Yokihiro escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet. Yokihiro closes the distance, clinches up and gets a nice trip takedown into side control. Very smooth. Sato is not content to let Yokihiro control the position. You can see the frustration on Sato's face, being in this tough position on the bottom. Sato is trying to avoid being dragged into an even worse position than he's already in but Yokihiro is staying active. Sato is looking to reverse the position. The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily. The referee asks Yokihiro politely if he wouldn't mind getting on with it and actually doing something. Yokihiro prefers to stall for the moment though. Sato throws an elbow to the body but it doesn't land. Sato really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Yokihiro. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.

Neither fighter is doing enough for the referee's liking and he's decided to stand them back up. Sato shoots in but doesn't get the takedown and Yokihiro counters with a single leg into guard. Sato didn't expect that. Sato is working from a closed guard but he's struggling to control his opponent. Sato is in a good position here but he's just trying to control... Yokihiro jumps back into Sato's guard. Yokihiro throwing strikes from guard but Sato blocks nicely.

Sato looks over to his corner - he wants some instructions but his corner are not responding. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Sato perhaps working for something from half guard, or maybe not. It looks like he's just sitting there. The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end.
And that's the end of the fight! Kazushi Yokihiro showed his dominance in that final round. Well Yokihiro has outscored his opponent in every aspect of the fight today. Only a scarily incompetent judge or two will keep him from a well deserved win... Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
