Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Mark Ovrut (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Wander Braga (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). The crowd seem to be enjoying Braga's choice of entrance music: Darude, Sandstorm. Fingers crossed for an exciting fight - I'm sure both fighters are looking for a nice under the table bonus!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Winston Howard, Hugh Johnson and Skip Squint.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Ovrut stuffs the takedown attempt from Braga. Braga gets slowly back to his feet.
Braga fails with an attempt to clinch.
Braga has a takedown stuffed.
Braga moves out of range of the strikes.
Braga tries to clinch up but Ovrut circles away and keeps his distance.
Braga wants to clinch.
Braga ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Braga throws a series of punches but Ovrut avoids them all with ease.
Braga shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Ovrut as he jumps to the side.
Mark Ovrut has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Wander Braga.

Ovrut lands an overhand right.
Ovrut looks to throw the jab but Braga is out of range.
Braga fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt.
Braga ducks under a wild hook from Ovrut.
Braga takes a big uppercut there. He seems a bit wobbly but no, he's OK.
Ovrut misses with a looping right.
Braga takes a punch right to his stomach. That took the wind out of him momentarily.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Braga pulls out of a head kick attempt.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
Braga shoots in and drives through. Ovrut sprawls well.
Ovrut misses with a hook. Braga ducked under it nicely.
A telegraphed takedown attempt from Braga is defended easily by Ovrut.
Braga on the wrong end of a nice jab.
Good exchange - Ovrut coming out on top.
Ovrut getting the better of the striking in that exchange.
Braga takes a shot to the eye socket. That's gotta hurt.
It looks like Wander Braga has been cut.
Braga is trying desperately to land a takedown but Ovrut is having absolutely none of it. This is turning into a bit of a nightmare for Braga.
Ovrut drops Braga with a hook right on the temple. He thinks about going to the ground but Braga looks back up at him and smiles so Ovrut waves him back to his feet - he obviously thinks he can knock him out after that shot landed.
Ovrut drops Braga with a straight left! Oh this is bad for Braga! Ovrut dives in and starts dropping bombs - the referee has no choice but to step in and save him!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:05 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (strikes). Mark Ovrut!
