The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Petroni misses with a straight right.
Petroni connects with a lovely right hand, straight down the pipe.
Petroni throws a nice looking combination but Grey bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.
Grey looks shocked there as he takes a right hand to the temple.
Petroni digs a good body shot into Grey's ribs.
Petroni looks to land a combination. Grey sees it coming but can only parry a couple of the shots.
Marcelo Petroni seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Petroni bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes.
Petroni scores with a hook to the body. Grey takes a step back and tries to catch his breath.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Grey on the wrong end of a decent looking cross there.
It looks like Derrick Grey has been cut.
Petroni rushes Grey with punches - Grey moves straight backwards instead of circling and gets clipped by the second strike... and the third... and the fourth! Oh, Grey goes down! Petroni follows up with more strikes and the ref steps in to end the bout!
