The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Masilungan drives through with a takedown into guard.
Jaxon wants to sweep but no luck.
Jaxon working for a triangle but Masilungan defends it easily.
Masilungan makes a bit of distance and scores with some ground and pound, still in guard.
Masilungan looking to pass the guard.
Jaxon looking for submissions from the bottom here. Moving his hips around, possibly looking for an armbar.
Masilungan drops back looking for a leg! Jaxon is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Jaxon manages to kick Masilungan off! Masilungan jumps back into Jaxon's guard.
Jaxon is actively looking for submissions from his back. He's worked himself a little space on the bottom and seems to be going for a triangle. No, he's switched into an armbar! That was slick! Masilungan rolls with it to try and escape but Jaxon cranks on the arm and Masilungan is forced to tap out! This one is aaaaaaaaall over!
