Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Little Evil (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Junior Filipovic (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 10 - 8 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Junior Filipovic!
The judges for this bout are Felipe Paraventi, Leandro Rodrigues and Thiago Cunha.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Evil misses with a low kick.
Filipovic looks really tired already! That doesn't bode well for a good, competitive fight!
Evil throws a one two combo.
Evil lands a pitter patter jab to the forehead of his opponent.
A head kick misses from Filipovic.
Filipovic tries to move into range but Evil moves to the side and lands with a nice right hand.
Evil lands with a shot to the body.
Evil throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Filipovic.
Evil will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.

Filipovic gets taken down but at least he's managed to land in guard.
Evil seems content to control from guard here. He's going to have to remain active though if he doesn't want to get stood back up.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Evil seems to have a rather negative gameplan on the ground. He seems keen to just score the takedown and hold down Filipovic for as long as he can get away with.

Evil drops back looking for a leg! Filipovic is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Filipovic manages to kick Evil off! Evil jumps back into Filipovic's guard.
Evil stays in close to Filipovic's body and controls the position.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

The referee decides to stand the fighters back up, due to lack of activity on the part of Little Evil.
Evil bobbing and weaving, closes the distance and lands a hook to the side of Filipovic's head.
Filipovic takes a jab right on the kisser.
Filipovic blocks a head kick by Evil.
Filipovic swinging wildly here.
Evil scores with a nice looking left hook and follows it up with an uppercut!
Filipovic throws a wild body kick that Evil sees coming a mile off.

Evil drives through with a takedown into guard.
Filipovic really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Evil. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
Evil passes into half guard.

Evil stands up out of the half guard.
Junior Filipovic is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
A head kick from Evil lands but Filipovic takes it in his stride.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Evil ducks low and lands a nice hook to the body of his opponent.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
Filipovic takes an uppercut right on the jaw but it doesn't phase him.
Evil scores to the head and body with a nice combination!
The fighters circle momentarily. Evil darts into range and connects with a nice straight punch.

Evil shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Oh and he's advanced to full mount straight away.
Both fighters really going for it on the ground here!

Evil looking to isolate an arm here. Filipovic doesn't see it coming and as Evil extends the arm, he's forced to tap out! Nice submission by Evil!
