Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.

Kanoa moves into range and connects with a jab.

Jesse Montelongo seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Kanoa cracks Montelongo with a nasty uppercut that draws ooohs from the crowd and sends Montelongo tumbling backwards onto the mat. He tries to recover but Kanoa pounces and lands a hail of unanswered strikes that forces the referee to step in to end the fight! Montelongo is not happy but he gave the referee no choice!
