Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Kevin Lawrence (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Saint Kevin (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Saint Kevin will no doubt be trying to keep this one on the feet, where he has a distinct advantage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
2 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Kevin Lawrence! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Saint Kevin! The judges for this bout are Frank Dennis, Robert Twigg and Daniel Franklin.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Kevin scores with a takedown into Lawrence's guard. Kevin looking to pass the guard. Lawrence managing to control the position. Lawrence is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.
That's one minute gone in the round. Kevin tries to free his leg and advance position but Lawrence is retaining full guard. Lawrence is controlling Kevin's posture. Kevin looking to sit in guard and control but Lawrence gets the butterfly guard and sweeps. He's now in the guard on the top. Kevin tries to land a sweep but no joy.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it. Kevin looking for submissions off his back, moving his hips, looking for an opening.
Kevin looks gassed! Lawrence not doing a lot at the moment. He'll have to show some more aggression or the fight will get stood up. Kevin has a butterfly guard looking to sweep but Lawrence has passed into side control.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Lawrence takes a little break here. Kevin wants to take advantage but he is being controlled well. Kevin is looking to slip a leg under and get half guard but Lawrence is one step ahead and moves to full mount!
That's four minutes gone in the round. The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight. Lawrence content just to control the position here. Kevin keeping his composure momentarily, calmly looking to get back to half guard.
The fighters are trapped in the ropes so we're going to have a reposition here. The ref calls for a break and repositions the fighters in the center of the ring. Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out! Lawrence tucks in and makes sure he doesn't lose the dominant position. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
That was a close round but I would say that Kevin Lawrence will probably get the nod. The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action!
Excellent takedown into side control there by Lawrence. Lawrence is maintaining the dominant position - no doubt Kevin will start to get frustrated soon if he's not already.
The referee decides to stand the fighters back up, due to lack of activity on the part of Kevin Lawrence. Kevin gets caught flat footed, as Lawrence shoots in with a quick takedown into guard. Kevin has an omoplata and is looking to use it perhaps as a submission or perhaps to transition. Lawrence is in a bit of discomfort here, but he's managed to free himself and has dived into side control! That didn't work out too well for Kevin. The referee asks Lawrence politely if he wouldn't mind getting on with it and actually doing something. Lawrence prefers to stall for the moment though. Kevin is breathing heavily.
That's one minute gone in the round. Lawrence advances nicely into full mount. Kevin is desperately trying to get back to half guard.
Kevin wants to control but Lawrence is having none of it. Lawrence takes a little breather and maintains the position. The referee will be looking for him to stay active from such a dominant position though.
That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so. Kevin keeping his composure momentarily, calmly looking to get back to half guard.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Lawrence controlling the pace for now. Lawrence seems to have a rather negative gameplan on the ground. He seems keen to just score the takedown and hold down Kevin for as long as he can get away with.
That's four minutes gone in the round. There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action. Kevin swinging wildly from the bottom but he's not landing. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Kevin Lawrence dominated that second round. The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action! This is the final round!
Lawrence shoots in for a takedown but Kevin shows good takedown defense. Kevin with a poor takedown and Lawrence counters with a shoot takedown into half guard. Kevin tries to get to full guard but Lawrence has control of the leg. The referee calls for the fighters to work.
The referee decides to stand the fighters back up, due to lack of activity on the part of Kevin Lawrence. Lawrence closes the distance and clinches up with Kevin, looking for a takedown. Lawrence pushes Kevin against the ropes but Kevin circles to the side and manages to break the clinch. Kevin gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily and Lawrence counters with a nice shoot takedown that brings the fighters to the ground. Kevin looking to sweep using the butterfly guard but Lawrence puts pay to that idea as he passes nicely into half guard. Lawrence passes to full mount! Kevin takes a big intake of breath there - he's definitely tired.
That's one minute gone in the round. Lawrence controlling from mount.
That's two minutes gone in the round. My god... these two guys really need to pick up the pace or everyone will leave to go get a beer. Kevin bucks up and manages to get a nice reversal! He's in guard on the top - nicely done! Kevin being controlled here momentarily.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Lawrence wants to sweep here but Kevin controlling him for the moment. Kevin trying to stand up but can't free himself from Lawrence's guard.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless. Lawrence lands a beautiful switch and he's in full mount! That could spell trouble for Kevin! Kevin is looking to get back to his feet - it's going to be hard from this position. Lawrence controlling from mount.
And that's the end of the fight! Kevin Lawrence showed his dominance in that final round. Well I reckon that's a shut out for Lawrence, winning every round. Will the judges agree? They are the ones who matter, even if they are often depressingly incompetent. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
