Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Derek Safo (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Wanderlei Rua (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Safo comes into the arena with Black Star - Sway blaring out of the sound system. Derek Safo has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Bruno Hogan, Damien Edna and Donatello Bradman.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
No luck for Rua with that takedown attempt.
Safo jabs at Rua's body.
Safo moves into range and throws a lovely three punch combination.
Rua looks gassed!
Safo ducks down and throws a hook to the body.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Safo lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.
Rua is rocked!
Rua is wiping some vaseline out of his eye. Safo doesn't give a rats ass about fair play and cracks him with a massive hook to the side of the head! Rua crumples to the floor out cold! The cornerman is going to be in Rua's bad books for that mishap!
