A fine choice. Robert Tribbett has the power to score a knockout today if he connects clean with Vinny Maggro's chin.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Alan Glass, Tiny Johnson and Wesley Smith.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Tribbett shoots in for a takedown and gets it.
Tribbett is working for a submission of some sort.
Maggro manages to escape and get back to his feet!
Maggro connects with a leg kick. He turned his hip over nicely there.
Tribbett chopped to the floor by a nice leg kick but he springs right back up before Maggro can pounce on him.
Tribbett takes a head kick and shrugs it off.
It looks like Robert Tribbett has been cut.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Maggro lands a big head kick that sends Tribbett tumbling to the mat! Maggro takes a step backwards and waves Tribbett back to his feet - he wants the finish!
Tribbett is rocked!
Tribbett looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Maggro is fending him off so far but Tribbett persists. Nope, Maggro circles away and we're back to standing.
Tribbett is still on wobbly legs! Can Maggro finish him?
Maggro scores with a hook to the body. Tribbett takes a step back and tries to catch his breath.
Tribbett looks gassed!
Maggro clinches.
Maggro breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Tribbett seems to have recovered his senses.
The fighters circle, before Maggro throws a beautiful high kick that crashes into Tribbett's neck, sending him stumbling to the floor! Maggro lands more strikes and forces a referee stoppage! That one ended in an instant!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:59 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Kick & Punches). Vinny Maggro!
