The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Ross swings for the body but Murphy moves out of range.

Ross misses with a hook. Murphy ducked under it nicely. Ross throws a wild combination but nothing lands. Murphy moves out of range of the strikes. Ross misses with a wild body shot. Ross misses with a jab, cross combination.

That's one minute gone in the round. Murphy scores with a sloppy punch to the body. Not much technique there but it did the business. Murphy uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Ross. A big left from Ross misses. Ross misses with a shot to the body and Murphy counters with a left and a right that stings Ross. Murphy throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Ross scores with a sloppy punch to the body. Not much technique there but it did the business. Ross misses with a hook. Ross throws the left hand but Murphy avoids the punch easily. A telegraphed right hand from Ross misses the target.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Ross throws a hook to the side of Murphy's head but Murphy sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully. Murphy throws a body punch but Ross moves out of range. Murphy lands an overhand right. Ross misses with a jab to the body
and Murphy counters with a lovely straight right hand! Murphy takes a punch to the jaw and another one to the bread basket. Ross on the wrong end of a nice jab.
Ross is rocked! Murphy shakes his hands by his side, trying to relax. Ross takes his eyes off the ball for a moment - Murphy sees the opportunity and cracks him with a massive hook! Ross bends double and collapses on top of himself - he's out! The crowd are going absolutely nuts! Wow, what a knockout!
