Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between jordy velasquez (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Isumu Fuamali (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). The crowd seem to be enjoying Fuamali's choice of entrance music: Samoan Thunder. I can't wait for this one - let's get the fighter introductions out of the way and get this one started!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Fuamali throws a left that rocks velasquez and follows with a right that sends him tumbling to the canvas! Fuamali dives into side control, looking to finish! Can velasquez regain composure!
velasquez is rocked!
It looks like jordy velasquez has been cut.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
velasquez tries to buck Fuamali off but Fuamali is having none of it.
Oh velasquez is still in real trouble! Will he be able to recover?!!
Fuamali wants to lay and pray for a moment but velasquez keeps working.
velasquez seems to have got his legs back now.
velasquez tries to bench press Fuamali off him but Fuamali keeps the position.
You can see the frustration on velasquez's face, being in this tough position on the bottom.
Fuamali remains in side control and seems content to stay there. It's a versatile position from which he can work both strikes and submissions, whilst maintaining that control, so maybe he'll sit here for a while.
Fuamali postures up a little and throws a couple of hammerfists but they don't connect properly.
Fuamali decides to stand back up. Fuamali steps back and let's velasquez get back to his feet.
Fuamali throws a right hand that velasquez ducks under and follows up with a left that velasquez also avoids with ease.

Fuamali fails to land with a series of punches.
velasquez wants to clinch.
Fuamali scores with a three punch combo!
Fuamali lands a jab followed by a vicious hook that sends velasquez sprawling to the canvas. Fuamali follows him down, looking for the kill. Can velasquez hang on?
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Fuamali thows a wild elbow that connects with the canvas.
Fuamali tries to stand but his hand is stuck under velasquez.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
Fuamali sitting in half guard, looking to land shots. velasquez defending well though.
Fuamali thumps the canvas. Not on purpose obviously - he just missed velasquez's head.
Fuamali throwing punches and elbows but they're not doing any damage.
velasquez tries to get to full guard but Fuamali has control of the leg.
Ground and pound from Fuamali.
Fuamali wants to lay and pray for a moment but velasquez keeps working.
velasquez could do with loosing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely.

Fuamali prevents velasquez from improving his position.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
velasquez is breathing heavily.
Fuamali not throwing his punches with enough precision this time.
Fuamali wants to work for an arm triangle but velasquez is really keeping half guard well and defending the submission attempt.
velasquez gets full guard.
Fuamali wants to stand but velasquez has a closed guard, so he can't escape.
velasquez is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move.
That's four minutes gone in the round.
A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd.
Fuamali won't allow velasquez to pass to mount.
velasquez thows a wild elbow that connects with the canvas.
Fuamali gets full guard.
velasquez wants to control from the top but Fuamali keeps moving.
velasquez throwing elbows and punches but not connecting, as Fuamali works some decent striking defense from the bottom.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
velasquez throws a strike but Fuamali rolls with it and manages to sweep. Now he's in guard on top.
Fuamali tries to free his leg and advance position but velasquez is retaining full guard.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Isumu Fuamali dominated that round.
The cut man is working on jordy velasquez's cut.
The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action.
velasquez closes the distance and takes a jab right on the nose as he does so.
Fuamali thuds his shin into the meat of velasquez's side.
jordy velasquez is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things.

velasquez swats away the attempt to clinch by Fuamali.
Fuamali tries to clinch up but velasquez circles away and keeps his distance.
The step up in weight doesn't seem to be a problem for Fuamali. He's performing admirably here against the bigger man.
Like a baseball bat into the meat of his leg there - nice leg kick by Fuamali.
Fuamali is looking to clinch but velasquez is avoiding it.
Fuamali moves into the clinch successfully.
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.
Fuamali's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.
Fuamali throws a series of punches but velasquez moves out of range.

Fuamali has been the more effective fighter overall so far.
velasquez takes a jab right on the nose. That must have hurt but he shrugs his shoulders and looks to return the favor.
velasquez has his head slapped from side to side by a 3 punch combination. That must have hurt him.
jordy velasquez's cut is getting worse.
Fuamali steps into range and unloads a brutal right left combo! velasquez is out on his feet! Fuamali sets himself and nearly takes velasquez's head off with a straight right, sending him crashing to the mat! Wow, that was nasty... but awesome! Wooo!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:26 of round 2, we have a winner by way of KO (Strikes). Isumu Fuamali!
