Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Andrew Clay (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Daniel Alves (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Clay comes to the cage accompanied by Slipknot- Only One. Alves has chosen Tropa de Elite as his entrance music. Both fighters really staring eachother down here, as Daniel Alves enters the cage!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Andrew Clay! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
2 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Daniel Alves! The judges for this bout are Yukihiro Shimada, Yukihiro Yamamoto and Shigeki Fujiwara.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Clay misses with a straight left. Alves takes a shot right to the liver - Bas would have been proud of that punch. Clay fakes a jab and throws a low kick but Alves checks it well. Alves shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Clay but Clay pushes him off and we're back to square one. Clay darts in and out, connecting with a jab. No joy there for Clay, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Clay throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Alves slips a straight right by Clay. Andrew Clay seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Clay throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land. Clay bobs and weaves and throws out a fast jab that snaps Alves's head backwards.
It looks like Daniel Alves has been cut.
That's one minute gone in the round. Alves misses with a head kick.

Clay leaves Alves with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt. Clay fakes with the hands and throws a leg kick but Alves is out of range. Nice uppercut there from Clay. Andrew Clay is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs. Alves walks straight into an uppercut. Luckily it didn't land flush. Alves misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Alves closes this distance looking for a takedown but Clay circles away. Andrew Clay has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Daniel Alves.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Alves slips under a jab from Clay. Alves shoots for a double leg takedown but Clay sprawls well. He's pushed Alves's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily. This fight brought to you by 5M nutrition - it's mmmmm tasty. Nice jab by Clay. Clay changes levels and scores with a jab to the body. Alves looks gassed! Alves walks into a stiff left hand from Clay. The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Clay lands with a shot to the body. Clay ducks down and throws a hook to the body. Clay scores with a sloppy right hand. Alves should have avoided that one. Alves moves his head to the side to avoid a jab but walks straight into a cross. Clay throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Alves stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Clay connects with a nice cross there... Alves is looking wobbly and Clay recognises it - he's rushed in and lands two more brutal shots that send Alves to the canvas, out cold! A brutal finish to the fight - Clay jumps onto the cage to celebrate with the crowd!
