The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Pulla looks to score with a jab to the body but Salmon is just out of range.
Pulla takes a punch to the jaw and another one to the bread basket.
Salmon connects with a slap. Keep your fist closed son.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

and Salmon connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.

Pulla throws a shot from downtown. Salmon moves away and avoids it.
Pulla is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Salmon.
Pulla takes a swing at Salmon's ribcage but misses.
Pulla throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Salmon lands with a cross to side of his opponent's head.
The fighters circle momentarily. Pulla darts into range and connects with a nice straight punch.
Salmon looks to land a right hand but Pulla moved out of range.

Salmon tries to land a front kick but Pulla steps back. That was a bit too telegraphed.

Salmon takes a jab on the nose there. A little bit of blood seems to be coming out. Hopefully that won't affect his breathing.
Liha Pulla seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Salmon will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Pulla has a nice red mark on his side after a thudding body kick by Salmon.
Pulla is throwing a lot of body shots here, looking to wear down Salmon rather than just go for the knockout.

Salmon drops Pulla with a beautiful combination! Pulla stares up at his opponent, who ushers him back to his feet - Salmon is looking for the KO!

Salmon wings a very wild body shot but it does the job and lands to the midsection.
Pulla swats away the attempt to clinch by Salmon.
Salmon drops Pulla with a big left hand! Pulla is injured, injured bad! Salmon jumps in and finished him with strikes! The fight is over!
