Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Jimmy Siyavong (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jose Manuel (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Jimmy Siyavong! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Jose Manuel! The judges for this bout are Shirou Masuda, Yuuki Gou and Tatsuya Matsuyama.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Siyavong looks frusrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily. Manuel tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion. Manuel is looking to clinch but Siyavong is avoiding it.
Manuel clinches up against the cage. Manuel fails to pull the fight into his guard.
Siyavong gets a trip takedown into half guard. Manuel tries to get to full guard but Siyavong has control of the leg. Manuel trying to control here.
Siyavong stalling away here and it's allowed Manuel to slip out his trapped foot and regain full guard. Siyavong wants to control from the top but Manuel keeps moving. Siyavong wants to stand and escape but instead Manuel has hit a sweep and he's now on top in guard.
That's one minute gone in the round. Manuel passes into half guard. Manuel tries to stand and escape but Siyavong is controlling the position. Siyavong wants to get back to his feet.
Manuel with a momentary lay and pray from half guard. Siyavong has a hand on Manuel's thigh, trying to get back to full guard. Manuel takes advantage of the position though and mounts him! Manuel thuds his fist into the canvas! Oooouch!
That's two minutes gone in the round. Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless. Manuel punching from mount but Siyavong doing a good job of avoiding damage. Siyavong is working to get back to half guard.
Siyavong wants to hold on but Manuel pushes him away. Manuel looking to control but Siyavong is working nicely, looking to advance position himself. Manuel looking to finish Siyavong with some ground and pound. This is bad for Siyavong! Manuel thowing shots but they're missing.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Manuel unloads with some shots from mount but Siyavong bucks and avoids them well.
The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult. Manuel can't quite control the action as he would like just now, as Siyavong is looking to escape. Siyavong tries to lock up and control but Manuel gives him a forearm to the face and pushes him away. Manuel sitting in mount, just looking to control for the moment. Manuel unloads with some shots from mount but Siyavong bucks and avoids them well.
That's four minutes gone in the round. The crowd are starting to boo a lack of action. Manuel can't control as he wanted to and Siyavong manages to get the fight back to his half guard. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Manuel thows a big elbow that misses, also allowing Siyavong to regain full guard. Manuel tries to stand but Siyavong is controlling from the bottom. Manuel looks gassed! Siyavong looking for a sweep. Not yet Siyavong, not yet. Siyavong manages to sweep nicely, so he's now on top. Manuel manages to get himself to full guard.
The crowd thankful this round is nearly over. Manuel has a closed guard, preventing Siyavong from standing up. Manuel is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two. Siyavong wants to control from the top but Manuel keeps moving. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
That was a close round but I would say that Jimmy Siyavong will probably get the nod. That's time! Siyavong's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight.
Manuel shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Siyavong pinned against the cage. Siyavong gets the underhooks and manages to circle away. Siyavong closes the distance but Manuel moves to the side letting Manuel counter with a right hand. Manuel blocks a head kick by Siyavong.
Siyavong fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt. Manuel fails with the takedown. Siyavong misses with a takedown attempt - Manuel sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses. Manuel looking to take his opponent's legs away with the low kicks.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Manuel fails in his attempt to clinch. Siyavong stuffs the takedown attempt from Manuel. Manuel gets slowly back to his feet. Jimmy Siyavong has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Jose Manuel. Siyavong shoots in for a takedown but Manuel shows good takedown defense. Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.
That's one minute gone in the round. A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Manuel. Siyavong looks for a takedown but Manuel sprawls well. Some wild striking there from Manuel.
The fight moves into the clinch position. Manuel wants to break the clinch but can't.

Manuel is trying to slow down the pace of the fight but Siyavong is keeping busy. Manuel has had enough of the clinch but Siyavong keeps him there for the moment. Manuel breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat. Manuel misses with a takedown attempt and Siyavong moves into the clinch. Manuel turns his hips and lands a very nice judo throw into side control! Siyavong is looking to regain half guard here but Manuel keeps moving and retains side control.

Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up. Siyavong shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it. Manuel throws a combination. Siyavong tries to block but a couple of punches get through. Manuel closes the distance and clinches up with Siyavong, looking for a takedown. Manuel pushes Siyavong against the cage but Siyavong circles to the side and manages to break the clinch. Manuel avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
Whack! Siyavong lands a heavy head kick that drops Manuel. The ref tackles Siyavong to stop the fight - a great save by the referee because Manuel was done.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:29 of round 2, we have a winner by way of TKO (Head Kick). Jimmy Siyavong!
