Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between George Kazamier (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Andrei Marshall (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, George Kazamier! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 1 - 1, fighting out of Sydney, Andrei Marshall! The judges for this bout are Damien Edna, Steve Erwin and Summer Carpenter.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Kazamier closes this distance looking for a takedown but Marshall circles away. Kazamier swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
Kazamier throws the overhand right but ducks down into a quick takedown attempt. Marshall was covering up waiting for the punch and Kazamier finishes the takedown easily into guard. Marshall can't do much from the bottom at the moment, as Kazamier controls the pace. Kazamier wants to control from the top but Marshall keeps moving. Kazamier decides he's had enough of playing guard and decides to stand. Come on Marshall, up you get! A punch combination from Kazamier misses. Marshall closes the distance and pushes Kazamier back into the cage. Marshall missing with knees to the body.
That's one minute gone in the round. A nice left hand lands by Kazamier.
Kazamier tries to pull guard but can't drag his opponent to the mat. Marshall just stands there and leans against the cage. Kazamier misses with a short punch on the inside. Marshall gets a trip takedown into half guard. Kazamier is staying active underneath Marshall, who seems content to just control the action from this position. Kazamier trying to control but Marshall postures up.
The fighters are battling for position here. Kazamier manages to regain full guard. Nice work. Marshall throwing elbows and punches but not connecting, as Kazamier works some decent striking defense from the bottom. Marshall wants to stand up, so he's looking to wriggle free of Kazamier's closed guard. He's half up but Kazamier has locked on to an arm! Uh oh! Kazamier pivots and extends the arm, Marshall falls face first to the mat and taps??... does he?? YES! He's tapping! Excellent counter grappling there by Kazamier! Well done that man!
