Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Eric Bradley! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
1 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Esa Peto! The judges for this bout are Cecil Peabody, George Francis and Stewart Dunkirk.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Bradley changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Peto looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better. Peto looks really tired already! That doesn't bode well for a good, competitive fight! A lull in the action here as Bradley stalls from top position. Bradley looking for an arm triangle but it's way too loose to do anything. Bradley in side control lands a decent elbow. Bradley is staying tight to Peto's torso, preventing him from escaping. Bradley wants to lay and pray for a moment but Peto keeps working. Bradley controlling from side mount. Bradley thinks about going for a far side armbar but bails out and retains the dominant position instead.
That's one minute gone in the round. Peto trying his best to control but Bradley has mounted him. Bradley breaks from Peto's wrist control and lands an elbow. Bradley dominating with strikes here.
Peto is rocked! Bradley looking to finish Peto with some ground and pound. This is bad for Peto! Peto is still in real trouble! Can Bradley finish him? Bradley is in full mount, looking to secure a guillotine but Peto is surviving well by controlling Bradley's body position as best he can. Bradley pausing momentarily but resumes with a couple of decent strikes that do a bit of damage. This has been an exciting period of action! Bradley with good strikes from the mount here! That's two minutes gone in the round. Peto is flailing around, obviously not happy about being mounted. Bradley locks hold of one of his arms and spins for an armbar. He's got it! Peto is forced to tap!
