Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Lucas Teixeira (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Cassius Payne (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Payne is bobbing his head along to his entrance song: Bruddah Iz ~ E Ala E . Rumors backstage are that the fighters have been paid to keep it standing but we know that would never happen in MMA!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Patrick Alders, Paul Aken and Radbod Blank.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Teixeira throws a low kick but Payne avoids it.
Teixeira looks exhausted already! Oh dear, he should have come in in better shape than this!
Payne closes the distance and clinches up, looking for a takedown. He shifts his weight and gets a nice trip into half guard.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Payne is thinking about going for an arm triangle but he can't free his leg.
Payne winds up and cracks Teixeira with a swinging punch to the side of the head.
Payne is working for submissions here but there's nothing on.
Payne drops an elbow to the side of Teixeira's head.
Payne is looking for a kimura but he's never going to get it from there.
Teixeira is trying to stand up here but Payne is controlling him well.
Payne slips a nice elbow through Teixeira's hands, connecting with Teixeira's forehead.
Payne has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan.
Payne is trying a forearm choke… I don't think that's going to do much at this level of the game.
Payne is looking for a kimura but Teixeira is holding onto that half guard position, so it's hard for Payne to get the leverage.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Payne is working for submissions here but there's nothing on.
Teixeira on the receiving end of some nice ground and pound.
The two fighters exchange a few words. I couldn't hear what they were saying but maybe it's more fun if you make it up yourself. Payne connects with a nice short shot to Teixeira's temple.
Teixeira is in trouble now - Payne has advanced to mount!
Teixeira in a bad spot here, taking shots to the head.
Teixeira tries to hold on but Payne postures up.
Payne is dominating on the ground here - he's now on his opponent's back, looking to sink in the hooks. Teixeira is in real trouble.
Teixeira grimaces as he takes a shot to the body.
Payne has his opponent's back and is working for the choke.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Payne has the hooks in and he's looking for a rear naked choke here. Teixeira is defending well but eventually Payne manages to get an arm under the chin and he's locked on the RNC! Teixeira has no choice but to tap now! He does! This one is all over!
