Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Bob Bearfist (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Susi Pulliainen (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Bob Bearfist has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
2 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Bob Bearfist! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
1 - 6 - 0, fighting out of London, Susi Pulliainen! The judges for this bout are Colin Fotheringham, James Ackerman and James Atkins.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Bearfist has a takedown stuffed. Pulliainen connects with a hook to the side of his opponent's head. Bearfist takes the fight into the clinch. Pulliainen goes for a takedown attempt but Bearfist pushes him away and we're back to fighting at a distance.
Pulliainen darts in trying to clinch and Bearfist counters with a single leg into guard. Pulliainen didn't expect that. Bearfist could do with loosing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely. Pulliainen is looking to get back to his feet but can't, whilst Bearfist is controlling him. Pulliainen is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive. Pulliainen can't keep his opponent in guard - Bearfist advances to half guard, no doubt looking to mount. Pulliainen wants to get back to his feet.
Bearfist is working hard to pass the guard. He's done it - he's now in full mount! Trouble for Pulliainen!
That's one minute gone in the round. Pulliainen working to try and regain half guard.
Pulliainen is bucking up trying to escape but Bearfist cracks him with another couple of good strikes. Bearfist tucks in and makes sure he doesn't lose the dominant position. Pulliainen's corner are shouting for him to stand up but that's bad cornering - how is he meant to stand up when he's mounted? He should be looking to improve his position on the ground before trying to stand back up. Bearfist scoring with some good ground and pound from mount here. Will he manage to finish Pulliainen?
Bearfist tucks in and makes sure he doesn't lose the dominant position. Bearfist is standing up out of mount! Strange tactic there - he must really want this one on the feet!
That's two minutes gone in the round. Bearfist closes this distance looking for a takedown but Pulliainen circles away. Bearfist is breathing heavily. Pulliainen with a jab. Bearfist fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Bob Bearfist. That's going to take a lot out of him. Pulliainen connects with a single shot there. A combination from Pulliainen does no damage. Bearfist tries for a takedown but Pulliainen sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily. Pulliainen with a body punch. A glancing blow. Pulliainen lands a lovely overhand right. The fight moves into the clinch position. Bearfist escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Pulliainen stuffs the takedown attempt from Bearfist. Bearfist gets slowly back to his feet. Bearfist fails miserably with a takedown attempt. Bearfist steps to the side to avoid the strikes from Pulliainen. Bearfist shoots in but Pulliainen avoids the takedown attempt easily. The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Bearfist tries for a takedown but Pulliainen sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Pulliainen scores with the left hand. Bearfist knows he should have avoided that one. Pulliainen lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.
Pulliainen misses with a leg kick. Bearfist shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Pulliainen as he jumps to the side. Bearfist shoots for a takedown but Pulliainen saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily. A right-left combo lands from Pulliainen. Bearfist darts in and clinches Pulliainen up against the cage. Pulliainen on the defensive, avoiding the knees to the body.
Bearfist breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat. Pulliainen looks for the body kick but Bearfist saw that one coming. Bearfist wants to clinch. Pulliainen clinches but Bearfist breaks the clinch so Bearfist counters with a double leg into guard. Good agility. Bearfist prevents Pulliainen from getting back to his feet. Bearfist passes easily into side control. Nice work. Pulliainen struggling a bit here.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Pulliainen tries to bench press Bearfist off him but Bearfist keeps the position. Pulliainen tries to get back to his feet but has found himself mounted instead. Damn, that's gotta suck. The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Pulliainen's corner are shouting for him to stand up but that's bad cornering - how is he meant to stand up when he's mounted? He should be looking to improve his position on the ground before trying to stand back up. Pulliainen is using up a lot of energy trying to get back to his feet. Perhaps he should improve his position first. Pulliainen keeping his composure momentarily, calmly looking to get back to half guard.
Pulliainen is not a happy chappy… he wants out of there.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Bearfist stands up from the dominant position, so we're back on the feet. Bearfist tries to clinch up but Pulliainen circles away and keeps his distance. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Bob Bearfist dominated that round. Well, the break between rounds is over. Let's get back to the scrappin!

Bearfist circles away from the clinch attempt and Bearfist counters into the clinch. Nicely done. Pulliainen fails to pull guard.
Pulliainen is trying to work out of this bad position, with his back against the cage. Bearfist pulls guard. Bearfist is trying to control the position but Pulliainen postures up. There's a bit of a scramble here and now Bearfist is on top in guard.
Bearfist content to stall in guard here. Bearfist slips effortlessly into side control - very nice. Bearfist controls the position. Pulliainen tries to get back to half guard but can't. Pulliainen is breathing heavily.
That's one minute gone in the round. Bearfist moves into full mount! Bearfist connects with a couple of good shots from mount.

Bearfist controlling from the full mount. Pulliainen is trying to stand but he's not in a good position to be doing that! Bearfist has taken his back! Pulliainen tries to break free.
That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena. Pulliainen holding both Bearfist 's hands and preventing any damage. Bearfist has the rear naked choke here! This is very bad for Pulliainen! Can he survive? No! He's out! Bearfist gets to his feet and celebrates with his cornermen. He looks absolutely delighted. In the post fight interviews he takes time to thank his parents and everyone who has believed in him from the start. How sweet.
