Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Saam Ante, Wagner Zegers and Patrick Alders.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Aguiar fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt.
Davis throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Aguiar closes the distance and clinches up with Davis, looking for a takedown. Aguiar pushes Davis against the cage but Davis circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.
Aguiar doesn't manage to clinch there - Davis circles away.
Davis lands a beauty of a right hand that gets the crowd cheering.
Aguiar tries to clinch but Davis moves out of range.
Aguiar fails miserably with a takedown attempt.
Phil Davis has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Lucas Aguiar.
Aguiar shoots in for a takedown but Davis shows good takedown defense.
Davis misses with the combination.
Davis stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Davis wants it to stay on the feet.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Aguiar fails with an attempt to clinch.
Aguiar throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Davis's waist but Davis gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Aguiar off to one side.
Aguiar shoots in for a takedown but Davis shows good takedown defense.
Davis lands a really nice looking cross but Aguiar seems unphased.
Nice sprawl there from Davis as Aguiar shoots in.
Aguiar looks gassed!
Davis cracks a nice hook into Aguiar's ribs.
Davis throws a wild body kick that Aguiar sees coming a mile off.
Davis keeps the fight on the outside.
Aguiar looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily.
A left and a right from Davis both land. Nice combination.
It looks like Lucas Aguiar has been cut.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Davis throws a nice looking combination but Aguiar bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
Davis cracks Aguiar with a hook to the jaw. Both fighters smile at eachother and high-five before getting back down to business.
Lucas Aguiar seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Davis throws a series of punches but Aguiar avoids them all with ease.
Davis's corner calls for a 1,2 combination and Davis duly obliges.
Davis misses with a double jab.
Davis lands with a nice combination. Aguiar backs away looking to recover.
Davis misses with a series of wild punches.
Davis lands a left and a right that send Aguiar crashing to the mat, dazed. Davis thinks about following him to the mat but decides to wave him back up to his feet!
Aguiar is rocked!
Aguiar is trying desperately to land a takedown but Davis is having absolutely none of it. This is turning into a bit of a nightmare for Aguiar.
Aguiar walks straight into a right hand from Davis - that's dropped him! Davis jumps into mount and starts pounding away - can he finish?! More strikes go undefended and the referee has to dive in to save Aguiar from any more punishment! Aguiar complains about the stoppage but falls over as he tries to stand back up, so it was clearly a good stoppage.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:54 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Punches). Phil Davis!
