The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Ejes misses with a double jab.
Moore throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Ejes's waist but Ejes gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Moore off to one side. Ejes misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Moore shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Ejes wants to get back to full guard. Moore missing with the ground and pound from half guard. Ejes wants to get back to his feet.
Ejes is breathing heavily. Moore works his way into full mount! Moore takes a little breather and maintains the position. The referee will be looking for him to stay active from such a dominant position though.

That's two minutes gone in the round. Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless. Ejes squirming around on the bottom, looking to escape.
Ejes tries to hold on but Moore pushes him away. Moore sends his fist crashing into the mat - the crowd let out a collective ooooooh. Let's hope he's not broken it! Ejes blocking the ground and pound. Moore is landing with some decent strikes but Ejes is trying to advance his position so the referee is letting the fight continue. Moore lands a big elbow. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Moore controlling the pace for now.

Moore misses with a series of strikes from mount. He'll no doubt be working on his ground and pound when he gets back to the gym.

That's four minutes gone in the round. There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action. Moore takes a little breather and maintains the position. The referee will be looking for him to stay active from such a dominant position though. Diego Moore dominated that round. The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action!

Ejes looking to throw a kick but he's pulled out of it. Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. A telegraphed takedown attempt from Moore is defended easily by Ejes. Ivan Ejes has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Diego Moore. Ejes fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.

Moore trying to control the position from guard on top but Ejes is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Moore won't allow Ejes to get back to his feet. Moore pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. Ejes is keeping the position for now. Ejes is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.

The referee decides to stand the fighters back up. Ejes throws a combination that misses and Moore decides to take the opportunity to score a takedown. He's landed in Ejes's guard. Moore advances position into side control! Moore is trying to move to mount but Ejes reverses beautifully and ends up in Moore's guard. Moore is trying to control the position but Ejes postures up. Ejes trying to control but Moore is working from the bottom. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Moore trying to punch from his back but it's not doing any damage.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Ejes wants to control from the top but Moore keeps moving. Ejes landing with the ground and pound. Moore thows some rabbit punches from the bottom but they don't do any damage. Ejes trying to control the position from guard on top but Moore is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.
The referee decides to stand the fighters back up. Ejes gets off balance looking for a body kick so Moore counters with a double leg into guard. Good agility. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Moore trying to control but Ejes is working from the bottom. Ejes controls Moore momentarily but Moore frees himself. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Diego Moore showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action. Ladies and gentlemen, this is the final round!

The referee has ruled that neither fighter is active enough on the ground and has stood them back up. Ejes fails to land with a series of punches.
Moore shoots for a double leg takedown but Ejes sprawls well. He's pushed Moore's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless. Ejes throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Moore. Moore with a lazy takedown attempt and Ejes counters with a nice double leg into half guard. Ejes content to control rather than advance. Ejes throwing punches and elbows but they're not doing any damage. Ejes slows the pace down in half guard. Ejes wants to lay and pray for a moment but Moore keeps working. Moore really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Ejes. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out. Moore avoiding damage under a succession of punches from Ejes.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Moore is staying active underneath Ejes, who seems content to just control the action from this position.
Neither fighter is doing enough for the referee's liking and he's decided to stand them back up. Moore keeps the fight on the outside. Ejes throws a head kick but Moore moves out of range.
Moore looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Ejes is fending him off so far but Moore persists. Nope, Ejes circles away and we're back to standing. Ejes bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Moore's guard. Ivan Ejes has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here! Diego Moore is fighting for a decision here - he's started to take the cautious approach. Ejes drops back looking for a leg! Moore is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Moore manages to kick Ejes off! Ejes jumps back into Moore's guard.
And that's the end of the fight! Diego Moore comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. I've got Moore winning every round here. Surely the decision will go his way and he'll pick up a well deserved decision victory. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
