Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between David Olyphant (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Edsel Tatoy Sr (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both these guys are coming into the fight with injuries so let's see if that has a bearing on the fight. David Olyphant has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Olyphant misses with a takedown attempt - Tatoy Sr sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses.
Tatoy Sr looks really tired already! That doesn't bode well for a good, competitive fight!
Tatoy Sr tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Olyphant swivels and escapes.

and Tatoy Sr counters with a nice double leg into guard.

Tatoy Sr fakes an overhand right and shoots for a takedown. Olyphant sprawls well initially but Tatoy Sr persists and gets the takedown into half guard.

Tatoy Sr closes the distance, clinches up and gets a nice trip takedown into side control. Very smooth.

Tatoy Sr is sitting in close to Olyphant's body. Olyphant has gone for a guillotine from the bottom. Oh damn, that looks pretty tight! Tatoy Sr is panicking - it looks like this one could be all over! Yes, Tatoy Sr is tapping! That was a very nice submission by Olyphant.
