Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Sid Furnas (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Cesar EL Matador (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The judges for this bout are Lou da Vinci, Jorge Garcia and Chad Campbell.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
EL Matador throws a wild combination but nothing lands.
EL Matador takes the fight into the clinch.
A head punch blocked on the inside by EL Matador.
EL Matador lands a body punch in the clinch.
EL Matador trying to land knees to the body.
EL Matador lands an elbow that stopped Furnas in his tracks for a moment.
It looks like Sid Furnas has been cut.
EL Matador pushes off an throws an elbow but Furnas leans to the side and avoids it. We're back to clinching against the cage.
EL Matador misses the knee to the body. Nice hip positioning from Furnas.
EL Matador blocks a punch to the side of the head.
EL Matador's head jolts backwards as he takes an uppercut right on the button!
EL Matador breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
EL Matador shoots in and bounces Furnas off the cage to secure the takedown into guard.
Furnas is throwing his legs up, looking for submissions. EL Matador is aware though and is defending well.
Furnas wants to hit a switch here but EL Matador passes into full mount! Oh no, disaster for Furnas there!
Furnas really trying hard to get back to half guard here.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Furnas tries to hold on but EL Matador pushes him away.

Furnas swinging wildly from the bottom but he's not landing.
EL Matador avoids the attempt from Furnas to control.
EL Matador wants to control but Furnas has made it back to half guard. Nice work.
Furnas wants to control but EL Matador passes into side.

The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so.
Furnas is trying to improve his position.
Furnas is breathing heavily.
Furnas takes an elbow right on the bridge of the nose and winces in pain.
Furnas can't do much from the bottom here.
Furnas takes a couple of big shots there - the referee warns him that he has to defend himself better.

EL Matador has had enough of the ground for now and decides to stand.
EL Matador rushes Furnas and presses him up against the cage.
Furnas swings away with an uppercut that misses.
Furnas throws a punch but it's blocked by EL Matador.
The referee is keeping an eye on EL Matador - much more stalling and he will separate the fighters.
EL Matador comes over the top with an elbow. That landed flush.
Furnas takes an elbow to the forehead.
Sid Furnas's cut is getting worse.
EL Matador lands a nice trip takedown into half guard.
Furnas flails away from the bottom but he's not doing any damage.
EL Matador passes the half guard and he's now in mount! Big trouble for Furnas!
Furnas is trying desperately to improve position.
Furnas is working hard here to advance position.

EL Matador in mount throwing good strikes here, bouncing his opponent's head off the canvas.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Furnas keeping his composure momentarily, calmly looking to get back to half guard.

And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Cesar EL Matador dominated that round.
The cut man is working on Sid Furnas's cut.
That's time! Furnas's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight.
EL Matador shoots in for a takedown! He's got it and he's managed to land in full mount! That's better than EL Matador was expecting from the takedown attempt, I'm sure!

Furnas tries to lock up and control but EL Matador gives him a forearm to the face and pushes him away.

Jeez, Sid Furnas's cut is really nasty now. The referee must be thinking about getting that checked.
The referee calls the doctor in to look at Sid Furnas's cut. Oh no, the doctor has called an end to the bout!
