Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between John Xayle (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and mistress sasha (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Xayle might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to Ready For War - 50 Cent (Instrumental). mistress sasha has the eye of the tiger tonight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, mistress sasha!
The judges for this bout are Saam Ante, Aafke Stam and Daniel Blasius.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
sasha throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
sasha lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Xayle circles away quickly and effectively.
Xayle throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around sasha's waist but sasha gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Xayle off to one side.
sasha misses with a series of wild punches.
Xayle avoids the body shot from sasha.
sasha moves into range and throws a lovely three punch combination.
Xayle takes a punch to the jaw and another one to the bread basket.
Xayle fails with the takedown.
sasha lands with a hook. Xayle tried to avoid it but it clipped the top of his head.
sasha jabs at Xayle's body.
sasha throws a right and a left that Xayle avoids nicely.
sasha is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
sasha fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Xayle manages to avoid it.
Xayle shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts sasha as he jumps to the side.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for John Xayle. That's going to take a lot out of him.

Xayle shoots in and bounces sasha off the cage to secure the takedown into guard.
Xayle is taking a break and basically stalling. The referee will not allow him to do that for long.

sasha is wriggling around but Xayle manages to pass to half guard.

We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if sasha can do anything to dispel that myth.
sasha is trying to stand up here but Xayle is controlling him well.

sasha wants to try and get back to his feet.
Xayle takes a little breather and maintains the position. The referee will be looking for him to stay active from such a dominant position though.
Xayle seems to have a rather negative gameplan on the ground. He seems keen to just score the takedown and hold down sasha for as long as he can get away with.

Xayle has isolated one of sasha's arms. sasha looking to fight him off but Xayle twists into an armbar. It's tight... Will he tap?? YES, he's tapped! This one is all over!
