The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Jackson just misses with a punch to the body.
Forest avoids a lazy jab quite easily.
Forest ducks under a wild hook from Jackson.
Jackson misses the shot to the body.
Nice shot lands for Jackson.
Forest thows a left - swing and a miss!
Jackson uses good head movement to avoid the hook from Forest.
Jackson fakes low and throws an overhand right that catches Forest on the side of the head.
Jackson dips down and scores with a jab to the body.
Jackson throws a hook but Forest avoids it easily.
Jackson wants to clinch.
Wow, both these guys are really going for it!

Forest lands a jab followed by a vicious hook that sends Jackson sprawling to the canvas. Forest follows him down, looking for the kill. Can Jackson hang on?

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Forest throwing punches and elbows but they're not doing any damage.
Forest tries to stand but can't do so whilst Jackson controls his leg.
Forest is controlling the pace.

Jackson is trying to stand back up but Forest is controlling him
Forest misses with a head shot. Jackson uses the momentum to regain guard.
Forest trying to stand up but can't free himself from Jackson's guard.
Jackson is looking to get back to his feet but can't, whilst Forest is controlling him.
Jackson pulls Forest in close to his closed guard and prevents Forest from doing any damage or advancing position.

Forest bobbing and weaving well here. And he's unloaded with a massive right hand that drops Jackson! He dives into his guard looking to finish!

Forest trying to land body shots but he keeps hitting the mat.
The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily.
Forest postures up to throw the ground and pound strikes but they don't connect.
A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Forest accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.
Forest is in close to Jackson's body, working some short punches and elbows.
Jackson is trying to stand up but he's not managed so far.
Forest is looking to stand up but Jackson won't let him.

Forest loading up with the ground and pound but he's missing more than he's landing in this flurry.

Forest stands and steps away. Jackson gets to his feet too and we're back to the striking game.

Forest connects with a jab and follows up with a big overhand right! Oh that's hurt Jackson! He's out on his feet! Forest rushes in and drops Jackson with another big right hand, forcing the referee to stop the fight!
