Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Sam Pummel (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and John Lestat (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). John Lestat will no doubt be looking to use his reach advantage to good effect.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Sam Pummel! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
5 - 7 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, John Lestat! The judges for this bout are Paulsen Ambrosius, Aafke Stam and Paul Aken.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Pummel lands a jab. Then a cross. Then finally a nice hook to the body. Good work there by Pummel. Lestat misses with a wild body shot. Pummel fails to land with a series of punches.
Pummel fails in his attempt to clinch. Lestat just misses with a punch to the body.
Pummel looks to land a combination but Lestat avoids it well. John Lestat seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Pummel throws a wild combination but nothing lands. Good shot there by Pummel. Lestat looks to land a body kick but Pummel moved away. Lestat throws a nice head kick!
Lestat tries to score a power double leg takedown but Pummel sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Lestat somewhat. Pummel fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Lestat manages to avoid it. Pummel throws a right and a left that Lestat avoids nicely. Pummel looks to score with a jab to the body but Lestat is just out of range. Pummel throws a shot to the body.
Left hook, right uppercut from Pummel. Lestat drops down and drives through with a powerful takedown into guard. Lestat is looking to work some ground and pound but Pummel has wrist control. Pummel is trying to control the position from the bottom.
That's one minute gone in the round. Lestat tries to stand but Pummel is controlling from the bottom. Lestat must be cautious of submissions here, given that his opponent has the superior Jiu Jitsu. Pummel wants to sweep but no luck. Lestat pushes down on Pummel's leg and manages to get into half guard. Pummel trying to control here.
Pummel might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground. Pummel missing with punches from the bottom.

That's two minutes gone in the round. A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace. Pummel is looking for a sweep. Lestat is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position. Lestat trying to mount his opponent but Pummel defends it. Lestat is trying to improve position by moving to mount. Pummel has hold of his neck though and manages to move into guard! All of a sudden, Lestat is in a lot of trouble! Pummel is straining to finish and he's done it! Lestat taps out! Amazing!
