Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Magus Arbenson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Rusty Helber (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Helber has chosen War is coming as his entrance music. Rumors backstage are that the fighters have been paid to keep it standing but we know that would never happen in MMA!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
14 - 6 - 1, fighting out of Las Vegas, Magus Arbenson! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
6 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Rusty Helber! The judges for this bout are Robert Twigg, Gwen Towbar and Chris Downing.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Both fighters circling a little - Helber finishes the exchange with a kick to the body. Helber takes a head kick and shrugs it off.
Helber throws a lazy head kick letting Arbenson counter with a right hand. A combination from Helber does no damage. Helber scores with a slapping inside leg kick. Arbenson pivots, looking for a leg kick but Helber is out of range and Arbenson settles back down. Arbenson thumps Helber with a low kick. Arbenson uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Helber.
Helber throws a wild combination but nothing lands. Helber shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Arbenson but Arbenson pushes him off and we're back to square one. Arbenson throws out a leg kick but Helber moves out of range and Arbenson only half commits. Arbenson bobs and weaves and unloads with a good uppercut. A shot to the liver by Helber. Beautiful body shot. Arbenson throws a sloppy head kick and Helber counters with a takedown into side control. Arbenson is looking to regain half guard here but Helber keeps moving and retains side control. Helber lands some shots froms side control. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Arbenson is positioning himself to get back to half guard. Helber works to advance to full mount. Arbenson defends for a few seconds but eventually he succumbs.
That's one minute gone in the round. Helber lands a shot to the body, followed up by a shot to the exposed head of his trapped opponent.
Arbenson is writhing around trying to get back to his feet. A nice elbow there by Helber. Arbenson tries to lock up and control but Helber gives him a forearm to the face and pushes him away. Helber working away from the top, dropping strikes. Arbenson sneaks a leg back under and regains half guard and is working straight away to try and get back to guard. He hasn't managed just yet though. Helber is trying to work for a kimura but Arbenson is defending well.

Helber in half guard on the top. He's looking for a kimura... He's got it locked and he's managed to free his trapped foot. Arbenson tries to escape but it's on too tight and he has to tap! Great BJJ skills there from Helber!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:04 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Kimura). Rusty Helber!
