Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Michael Jordan (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Frank Tank (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of New York, Michael Jordan! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of New York, Frank Tank! The judges for this bout are Dean Styles, Bruno Lombardi and Joseph Jones.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Jordan rushes Tank and presses him up against the cage. Jordan is working Tank over against the cage. Tank tries to pull guard but Jordan holds him up against the cage and eventually Tank drops back down to his feet.
Jordan wants a takedown but no success here.
Jordan breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat. Tank throws a head kick that misses. Tank throws a right hand that Jordan ducks under and follows up with a left that Jordan also avoids with ease. Jordan is looking to clinch but Tank is avoiding it.
Jordan looks for a takedown but Tank sprawls well. Jordan doesn't manage to clinch there - Tank circles away.
Jordan throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle. Tank misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Jordan looks for a takedown but Tank sprawls well. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Michael Jordan. That's going to take a lot out of him. Jordan fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt. Jordan showing good head movement there, avoiding the strikes from Tank.
Frank Tank seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. A head kick misses from Jordan. Jordan avoids a punch combination nicely.
That's one minute gone in the round. Jordan tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Tank paws at him with a jab and circles away. Tank misses with a head kick.
Jordan looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily. A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Jordan. Tank misses with a looping right. Jordan slips a jab and a cross from Tank.
Jordan really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape. Jordan shoots for a double leg takedown but Tank sprawls well. He's pushed Jordan's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily. Jordan is breathing heavily. Tank avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
Tank checks the leg kick nicely there.
Tank throws a wild combination but nothing lands. Tank fails to land with a series of punches.
Tank moves forwards but Jordan connects with a nice, crisp jab. Tank tries to close the distance and clinch but Jordan swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away. Tank throws a right and a left that Jordan avoids nicely. Tank fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Jordan manages to avoid it. Jordan throws a leg kick that misses. Tank just misses with a punch to the body.
That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd are starting to boo a lack of action. Jordan dodges the punch combination from Tank.
Tank throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Jordan. Jordan cracks Tank with a nice right hand that draws applause from the crowd. Jordan tries for a takedown but Tank sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily. Tank instigates a clinch. Jordan is looking for a takedown up against the cage. Tank gets underhooks though and prevents the takedown attempt. Tank tries to pull guard but Jordan holds him up against the cage and eventually Tank drops back down to his feet.
Tank is looking to break free of the clinch but Jordan has double underhooks. Tank tries to pull guard but Jordan won't allow it.
Tank jumps guard and drags Jordan to the mat. He's obviously going to be looking for submissions off his back. Tank trying to control the position.
Jordan avoids a guillotine attempt easily.
Jordan knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Tank on the ground. Tank had isolated an arm as going for an omaplata. Jordan is defending the submission well but is in a very vulnerable position. Tank Is leaning forward trying to finish the omaplata but decides to abandon it, and take Jordan's back instead. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Jordan holding both Tank 's hands and preventing any damage.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Jordan just looking to survive in the bad position. Jordan looks to control his opponent's hands but he's not mananging it at the moment. Jordan tries to escape but Tank has the hooks in and won't let him break free.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it. Jordan trying to control but not successfully. Jordan has hold of Tank's arm. He needs to escape this position sooner or later but for now he's happy enough to control the position and prevent the submission attempts. You can see the frustration on Jordan's face… He knows he is in trouble unless he improves his position sooner rather than later.
Jordan really must keep his cool here. He's controlling one of Tank's hands and whilst he does that, he's got a chance of escaping the position. Jordan trying to control but not successfully.
The referee stands the fighters back up. Michael Jordan just wasn't active enough from the dominant position. Tank misses with the combination.
Tank throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Jordan. Jordan slips a jab and a cross from Tank.
The fight stays on the outside here - Jordan looks like he's thinking about clinching though. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Frank Tank dominated that round. The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action.
Jordan is looking to land body kicks. Jordan shoots in but Tank avoids the takedown attempt easily. Tank keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
Jordan tries to clinch up. Tank misses with a body shot.
Tank misses with an uppercut
and Jordan counters with a straight punch to the midsection. Tank throws a sloppy head kick and Jordan moves out of range easily. Tank loads up on a big right hand but Jordan slips the punch. Jordan has taken the fight to the clinch.
Jordan stalling.
Jordan manages to break the clinch.
Nice takedown defense from Tank. No joy for Jordan on that attempt. Tank tries to keep at a distance but Jordan has taken the fight into the clinch. Tank pulls Jordan into guard.
Jordan has a momentary lapse of concentration, allowing Tank to throw up a leg and lock on what appears to be a pretty tight triangle! Jordan is fighting it off but it's all too little too late - Tank pulls down on the head and he's put Jordan to sleep! This one is all over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:01 of round 2, we have a winner by way of Submission (Triangle). Frank Tank!
