Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Tony Castro (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Joe Green (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Green comes into a darkened arena with his song building. eye of the tiger kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
1 - 2 - 1, fighting out of New York, Tony Castro! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 2 - 0, fighting out of New York, Joe Green! The judges for this bout are Chad Campbell, Russell Pearce and Columbo Gatti.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Green. Green shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Castro but Castro pushes him off and we're back to square one. Castro drives through with a takedown into guard. Castro stands and steps away. Green gets to his feet too and we're back to the striking game. Green is looking to clinch. Castro gets in close and instigates a clinch. Castro lands an elbow inside that Green shrugs off. Castro breaks from the clinch.
Green with a poor takedown and Castro decides to take the opportunity to score a takedown. He's landed in Green's guard. Tony Castro has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Joe Green. The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Green not looking particularly offensive just at the moment.
Green wants to stand and escape but Castro is having none of it. Green looking for submissions from the bottom but instead Castro passes into side control.
Green wants to control but Castro postures up. Castro taking a break here but Green is having none of it and regains half guard.
That's one minute gone in the round. Green trying to control but Castro postures up.
It looks like Castro is going to stand back up.
Green is trying to control but can't.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Castro is pressing down on Green's thigh, looking to free his foot. Green is holding on for now. Castro tries to stand but his hand is stuck under Green.
That's two minutes gone in the round. A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace. Castro lands with an elbow from half guard - that looked like it hurt.
Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up. Green misses with a double jab
and Castro counters with a takedown into side control. Castro is breathing heavily. Green manages to get back to half guard. Castro sitting in half guard, looking to land shots. Green defending well though. Green is pressing down on Castro's left leg trying to get back to full guard. He's managed it. Castro has to be careful here, sitting in the guard of a superior BJJ player. Castro got a little sloppy there for a moment and Green has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Castro has managed to get both his arms back between Green's legs - danger averted. Green bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Castro's guard. The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily. Green would like to get this fight back to the feet but can't get free from the closed guard.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Green throwing elbows and punches but not connecting, as Castro works some decent striking defense from the bottom. Castro working the defensive guard well to avoid strikes from Green. Green pushes down on Castro's leg and manages to get into half guard. Castro misses with some strikes from the bottom.
Castro is trying to control but can't.
Green seems like he's working for an arm triangle here. He's freed his trapped foot and he's rotating nicely. Castro is in big trouble! He's tapping out! This one is aaaaaaaaaaaall over!
