Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Thiago Cunha, Edson Gomes and Leandro Rodrigues.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Purustaja tries to keep at a distance but Campos has taken the fight into the clinch.
Campos drops down looking for an ankle pick but Purustaja pulls his leg out and moves away.
Purustaja shoots in looking for a takedown. Campos tries to sprawl out of it but Purustaja keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Campos manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
Campos is looking to clinch but Purustaja is avoiding it.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

and Purustaja counters with a shoot takedown. Campos fights it but they end up in guard.
Campos is working actively off his back, looking to secure an arm or perhaps work for a triangle.
Purustaja wants to control from the top but Campos keeps moving.

Purustaja might have to switch it up a bit here because his efforts to control Campos kaven't been going to plan, at least at the current moment in time.
Purustaja must be cautious of submissions here, given that his opponent has the superior Jiu Jitsu.
