Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Simon Standa (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and john johnson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). I don't know about you partner, but I'm pumped for this one!

Standa might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground.

Standa is looking to improve his position but johnson isn't that keen on the idea.

I looks like johnson might be adopting somewhat of a lay and pray gameplan here, which I'm sure won't go down too well with the paying fans in attendance... Or the ring announcers come to think of it.

Despite being in the dominant position, john johnson just isn't active enough and the referee decides to stand the fighters back up.

johnson closes the distance and scores a nice trip takedown into half guard. Standa did well to prevent johnson getting side control.
