The judges for this bout are Viktor Lagutenko, Valeri Chadov and Vladimir Khabensky.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Datsyuk lands a head kick!
It looks like Kirill Stranglov has been cut.
Datsyuk is looking to take this fight into the clinch.
Stranglov closes the distance, clinches up and gets a nice trip takedown into side control. Very smooth.
Datsyuk struggling a bit here.

Datsyuk is moving his hips around well on the bottom and has managed to get back to half guard.

It looks like we're going to have a standup here. Neither fight is doing enough on the ground.
Stranglov shoots in and gets a takedown into half guard. Stranglov showed some decent athleticism there.
Datsyuk tries to roll over but Stranglov keeps him under control.

Stranglov working some ground and pound from close in. He's looking to maintain this position and strike for a while by the looks of things... although he'll probably advance to full mount in a minute now I've said that.
The referee calls for the fighters to work.

Stranglov seems content to control from guard here. He's going to have to remain active though if he doesn't want to get stood back up.

Stranglov is trying for a kimura here. Datsyuk looks like he's in a lot of pain... and he's tapping out! Stranglov wins by kimura!
