Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Robert Johnson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Ivan Dizdar (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). I'm sure you'll be fascinated to know that I was talking to some pointless Z list celebrity before the fight and he thought that Ivan Dizdar was going to win. Let's see if he was right.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Robert Johnson! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
2 - 5 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Ivan Dizdar! The judges for this bout are Yukihiro Yamamoto, Shirou Masuda and Shigeki Sano.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Johnson shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Dizdar but Dizdar pushes him off and we're back to square one. The fight moves into the clinch position. Johnson pulls Dizdar into guard.

Johnson slips a foot under and gets full guard. Nice work. Johnson is working actively off his back, looking to secure an arm or perhaps work for a triangle. Dizdar decides to stand up and beckons his opponent to follow.
That's one minute gone in the round. Johnson looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Dizdar is fending him off so far but Johnson persists. Nope, Dizdar circles away and we're back to standing. Johnson is breathing heavily. Dizdar lands with a two punch combination before moving back out of range.
Dizdar has managed to clinch.

Dizdar looking for a takedown here - he's got it. Dizdar content to stall in guard here. Dizdar decides to stand up and beckons his opponent to follow. Dizdar drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Johnson gets one leg under and gets the fight to half guard. Dizdar tries to stand but can't do so whilst Johnson controls his leg. Johnson gets back to full guard.
Dizdar must be cautious of submissions here, given that his opponent has the superior Jiu Jitsu.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Dizdar decides to stand up and beckons his opponent to follow. Dizdar pushes Johnson up against the cage in a clinch. Dizdar breaks the clinch.
Dizdar gets taken down but at least he's managed to land in guard. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Johnson passes Dizdar's left leg - he's now in half guard. Johnson wants to control but Dizdar is keeping him busy. Johnson is going to have to think about doing something other than just controlling because Dizdar is managing to avoid having the position dictated to him. Johnson passes to full mount! Johnson has control of Dizdar's right arm, working for a kimura. It's a bit of a token attempt though and Dizdar regains control of the situation pretty easily.
Johnson is thinking about an arm triangle here, looking to tighten it up before moving to side control. Dizdar can see it coming though and defends well with a couple of strikes to the head and some good arm positioning.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Johnson wants to take Dizdar's back but he can't do it this time. Johnson goes for an armbar but he's not got it… Dizdar turns into him and now he's in Johnson's guard.

Johnson looking to sweep here. No luck so far. Johnson had isolated an arm as going for an omaplata. Dizdar is defending the submission well but is in a very vulnerable position. Johnson Is leaning forward trying to finish the omaplata but decides to abandon it, and take Dizdar's back instead. Dizdar rolls, trying to escape but Johnson keeps control of the position.
Johnson will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Johnson has the rear naked choke here! This is very bad for Dizdar! Can he survive? No! He's out! Johnson gets to his feet and celebrates with his cornermen. He looks absolutely delighted. In the post fight interviews he takes time to thank his parents and everyone who has believed in him from the start. How sweet.
